Leinaala Oceanfront #303 Panoramic Ocean Front View, A/C Great Location, Pool

The place was clean and in a great location. It's just a bit outdated and saw two roaches. Otherwise, the place would have been perfect.

It was a great time with family. Liked the view from the balcony and closeness to the beaches. The bed was very uncomfortable in the condo. The bed would sink in the center and would give sleepless night. Other customers have also provided the same feedback about the bed. The property management must do something about the bed so the stay is more comfortable.

What I liked about the property was location. The view from the balcony was fantastic. They had great beach chairs to take to the beach. They had nice sheets, pillows, towels. The kitchen had ample hardware supplies. The pull out couch and mattress were adequate. However, there were negatives that will make us not stay at this location again. Basic food items not stocked so buy sugar salt, etc. They did not state the condo is not equipped with a washer and dryer. Because of the description of the condo I thought the main bed would be in better condition. There was a dip in the center that was so noticeable it felt like you were sleeping at an angle. There were two egg crate mattresses on top of the main mattress, I think, in an effort to try and combat the situation. But you still felt like you were sleeping at an angle. Strangely, there is a 2 foot section of wall in the main bedroom to the outside that is not a wall and it’s only glass blinds! This makes it such that you can hear everything said outside of that space as if the people are talking in your condo, not fun to wake up to. If you stay here, bring black out blinds because the glass wall lets the light in and it is strategically positioned such that the light will fall right on your eyes while you sleep. Less expensive place, and if your not spending much time there, sufficient, but we will not stay again

This unit is old, dirty doors, grout is black, furniture old..needs total renovation ..not worth the money..fyi, sofa couch mattress was hard as rock!

The unit was very clean. Only thing was the mattress topper. Way too soft. Had 2 layers of foam. After taking it off, we were fine. The view from the unit is awesome. Beautiful green lawn with view of ocean and sunset. There were beach chairs and lots of amenities. Beach was easy walking distance. We rented a kayak which was delivered and walked it to the beach where we launched. Well kept up unit.

The view from the balcony was amazing. The kitchen had pots and pans, you needed to cook with but no spices or oils, except salt and pepper. No coffee, coffee filters, creamers, sugar or essentials needed to cook.

Very convenient location. Great views. Bed was a bit small, but that's a nitpick. We really enjoyed our time in Maui!

I enjoyed my stay here. Easy check-in, they provided helpful instructions before my arrival. The condo was clean and the kitchen was well-stocked. Loved the view from the balcony as well! There was a tsunami warning during my stay and we all had to evacuate; the manager was very helpful in suggesting places to go and keeping me updated about when it was safe to return - very much appreciated!

We were very pleased with out stay at this property. It wasn't high end and ritz but the the view was incredible. We were on the 3rd floor. The appliances all worked well, bed was comfortable and the condo was clean. It was very quite. We would stay here agai

Absolutely fabulous view. Waterfront view. Sat on lanai every morning enjoyed the view. Only minor problem was beach was quite rocky. Otherwise we would stay here in a heartbeat. Thank you.

The furniture is comfortable, the view is spectacular, and the location is ideal. We got an opportunity to extend our visit by three days, and the property management company made it really easy and offered us the same nightly rate. A beach chair was broken, and when I called to let them know, they offered to bring another one. On our first visit, we felt there weren’t enough towels, and when I gave that feedback, they responded with more towels on our subsequent visits.

This was our second stay in this condo and we loved it both times. It is very comfortable and it is in a peaceful location. The easy walk across the park to the beach, along with the incredible views from the condo make this a special place to stay. Stephen, the grounds caretaker, is really friendly and helpful and keeps the place looking great. There are some minor things that would make this place perfect: block out blinds or drapes in the bedroom (currently the drapes don’t quite cover the window and are too shear), cookware for the oven (currently there is only a cookie sheet), and more bath towels. There are drawers and cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom that contain unnecessary items that could be cleared out and used for more purposeful items for guests.
