Stayed Aug 7, 2021The location was perfect. 100 feet to the beach. We especially liked snorkeling at the kids beach located in front of the property where we saw hundreds of beautiful fish and large tortoises. The location is conveniently close to the Main Street and shopping. Checking in and checking out was easy and the free on-site parking is very convenient. My only recommendation is the decor and furnishings are very dated and could really use an update. Otherwise the place was comfortable and very convenient.

Stayed Dec 29, 2025While the location of this condo was ideal and the check-in process was seamless, the overall experience was dampened by the lack of cleanliness. The unit has not been deep-cleaned for quite some time, as was evident from the thick dust on the furniture, fixtures, doors, and carpet. The kitchen counters were greasy from the cleaner used before we arrived. The condo has a beautiful view of the ocean, but it requires a much higher standard of housekeeping to be a comfortable and inviting rental.

Stayed Oct 21, 2025Everything was perfect except for the air conditioner fan on the lanai. We were never able to enjoy the lanai due to the hot air blowing from the airconditioner. Plus the location of the fan took up a large portion of the lanai. We were never able to eat outside or even sit out to enjoy the view.

Stayed Oct 16, 2025Great property with clear instructions, easy check-in, and quick access to the best beach in Kihei. We missed that there was no AC, but we kept the fans going and the windows open for a great cross breeze.

Stayed Sep 2, 2025Everything was good! The carpets are stained and worn and need a good cleaning or replaced, and the beautiful mirror that lets you see the ocean better was very smudged. Otherwise, things were in good shape. The guest bedroom closet was filled to the gills with beach gear, cooler, etc. The setting is gorgeous and the proximity to everything you need is amazing. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed Jul 9, 2025Great location. First floor was awesome with access to the grass and beach right from our patio. Wind in the afternoon prevented any outdoor activity. No air conditioning was a surprise!

Stayed Jun 26, 2025Beautiful location, decent condo. Decent supplies and furniture. Very clear instructions on usage of everything. It was both a good and bad thing to be on the 1st floor. Great to walk out to lawn and beach. Unfortunately it was very hot in June and while there was a breeze it did not cool down the bedrooms even with all windows and doors open. With everything open there was no ability for privacy
