Oceanfront Unit in a Gorgeous Tropical Complex with Beachfront Pool

Close to the beach . Nice pool and garden, close to the restaurants .

Very well equipped, felt like a home, quiet, good view, lovely grounds, steps from private-like beautiful beach. Our best condo experience.

Everything that was advertised was in the condo. I especially enjoyed the very close and easy walk to the beach. Watching the sunrise from the balcony with a cup of coffee was the best way to start my day. I also liked that I was easily able to do laundry while on vacation (the location of the laundry could be more specific).

Grounds were beautiful, well maintained, sunset from the beach was magnificent! Condo was old, outdated, dirty, and dark. Dirty, dark, steep steps to 2nd floor. Sheets on the bed were dirty or had stains from feet or poop smears, hair on the sheets, truly looked/smelled like they were never changed. Floors were absolutely completely filthy! I bought a swiffer wet jet and it took 8 cleaning pads to clean. Doors to the bathroom and bedroom had much dirt, finger prints, and filth as did the baseboards. The kitchen was okay, missing a rack in the microwave, no ice maker, but otherwise okay. The light over the dining table was burnt out. The dishwasher flooded the kitchen area with suds after using a management provided soap packet. The bathroom was dark and the shower head sprayed cold water outside the shower as you tried to turn it on. The toilet ran incessantly. The bath towels were of poor quality. There was a mop,no bucket, 2 brooms, no dustpans. The ACs were loud & hard to regulate The lanai was nice. After complaining by phone call to Kristen about the dirty sheets and poop smeared toilet paper on the floor next to the toilet when we arrived,a cleaning crew changed the bedding and swept the bathroom floor. After noticing the extreme filth on my socks the next day, I mopped the floor myself with a purchased swiffer wet jet. I sent pictures of the 8 filthy wet jet pads first by text and then the next day by email, and they sent someone two days later to remove.

Such a great place

This place is hard to beat. I have stayed in multiple places in Kihei, but this complex has it all. This unit is literally next to the beach, across the street from a grocery store, and centrally located within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and a food truck site. The pool is heated and the grounds are very well maintained and beautiful. The parking here is easy and plentiful. Do yourself a favor and book here, you won’t be disappointed.

This property had everything we needed and just a short few minute walk away from the beach. We especially loved all the beach items you could need, like chairs, towels, and a cooler. The view was lovely and it’s located in a great spot.

This complex is quiet and has a variety of coffee shops, delicious restaurants, and a grocery store within a very short walking distance. The grounds are kept nicely and the pool was clean. Enjoyed access to the beach for early morning walks and stunning sunsets at night. We didn't prepare meals, but kitchen seemed well stocked. It was hot while we visited so the bedroom a/c was very appreciated. Bed was comfortable and there were ample hangers and drawers for unloading suitcase. Only suggestion: a pedestal or box fan for circulating cool air near/at bathroom door. We kept bedroom door closed to keep bedroom cool and living space a/c doesn't cool around corner to bathroom. Highly recommend this unit and location for your stay in Kihei!

We loved the place. nice big heated pool. great sunsets on baby beach. Several turtles. Great location to our favorite restaurants and stores. We’ll be back.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I had a very nice stay at Waiohuli Beach Hale #D218. Easy to find from the airport (30 min). The property was clean and well maintained. The manager was easy to get a hold of when calling and she let us check in early. I would definitely recommend this place because it's so close to all restaurants, supermarkets, food trucks, and of course the beach. On the downside, I arrived on a Monday. On this day, the Catholic church next to the property offers free showers and meals to those who need it (primarily homeless). The generators for the showers are a little loud and can be heard on the property. Lastly, on Saturday morning, there was a managers/HOA meeting which went from 9-11am. The apartment is located right above this high traffic area (laundry room, managers office, and the Saturday meeting). Their voices were so loud, I had to eat my breakfast inside instead of the lanai. Other than that, I would stay at this place again but I would request an apartment closer to the beach (near the end of pool).

This condo is clean, quiet, centrally located and reasonably priced. The pool is heated and large enough to swim laps. The view is a slice of the ocean but close to see the sunset. It’s a one minute walk to a quiet beach. The location is walkable to a grocery store and restaurants. The management company is easy to work with and very responsive when the toilet needed to be repaired. I would rent here again.

Property was clean and quiet. Great location to town with lots of restaurant options. The beach on property felt very private as well as the pool and grill area. Loved having access to beach chairs and a cooler. 10/10 recommend!

This place was in an amazing location. You can walk to the beach without any shoes it is so close. It also has a less crowded peaceful beach for sunsets. The place also came with beach chairs and AC which was nice.

My husband and I stayed at this property for our honeymoon and it was the best stay of our trip. The pool and grounds are beautiful, parking is easy and safe, and the (basically private) beach is steps away. Nothing was more than a 5-10 minute drive and we were able to walk to the grocery store and multiple restaurants. The property was very clean and any questions we had were answered very quickly - they even accommodated early check-in and late check-out. I would recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful, convenient place to stay in Maui.
