We have a welcoming second floor, corner, one bedroom 723 sq ft condominium, at the Kihei Kai Nani complex across the street from a beautiful beach, Kamaole II, in Kihei (200 meters to sand). This is condo 252 in building 7 which faces the garden, which makes it private and quiet. Additionally, it is a corner unit and therefore has two extra windows, one in the dining area and another in the bedroom, letting in more light and a wonderful cross-breeze.brbrThe condo has a fully equipped kitchen, with stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker (some coffee, filters, creamer and sugar are provided), toaster, pots/pans, dishes and cutlery. It has a queen size sleeper sofa (ideal for children or small adults). A walk out lanai with seating. A bedroom with a King size bed (new mattress in 2025), newer remodeled bathroom shower stall with hand held and overhead shower, 55 Smart TV/Radio in the Living room as well as a TV in the bedroom. Both TV's have Cable and the 55 can stream your channel subscriptions (e.g. Netflix etc.).
