We have a welcoming second floor, corner, one bedroom 723 sq ft condominium, at the Kihei Kai Nani complex across the street from a beautiful beach, Kamaole II, in Kihei (200 meters to sand). This is condo 252 in building 7 which faces the garden, which makes it private and quiet. Additionally, it is a corner unit and therefore has two extra windows, one in the dining area and another in the bedroom, letting in more light and a wonderful cross-breeze.

Stayed Oct 23, 2023The property was very comfortable for my party of two people. The walk to the beach was a short walk and easy. We had plenty of parking, so there were no problems there. Whether we decided to sit on the beach and swim or sit by the pool and swim it was very comfortable and quiet. The shops and restaurants on the street were very close and easy to walk to.

Stayed Jul 25, 2023Quick walk to the beach! I loved having all the extras available (beach chairs, umbrella, and more) available to enjoy at the beach each day. Many shops and restaurants were within walking distance.

Stayed Nov 10, 2022We would definitely book this property again. My wife and I have stayed at 4 different condos in Maui, this one shines. Only critique- Didn’t appreciate the checking out rules saying do all your dishes. That’s why we pay a cleaning fee. Further more, having guests clean dishes etc. there is no quality control. I guess we are just to assume everyone cleaning up after themselves does a basic standard quality job. Other than that critique- 5 stars…

Stayed Nov 7, 2025Have stayed in many Kihei Kai Nani condos and condos elsewhere. This was the best equipped condo I have ever been in. It had EVERYTHING one might need or want. It was clean, comfortable, great on-site owners in case there is an issue, great location. Highly, highly recommend this condo!

Stayed May 29, 2025Great condo: quiet, set back away from the street (so we couldn’t hear street noise), but the complex is right across the street from a wonderful beach. The condo has everything, and is relaxed and spacious with good air conditioning. Comfortable bed. Very responsive and friendly hosts. So close to stores, beaches, restaurants, everything. This is a GREAT place, a great value, and exceeded our expectations. We recommend it! Thank you!!

Stayed May 25, 2025Liz was great to deal with. She was responsive and wanted to make sure things were right with our stay. Quiet and an easy walk to the beach with dining next door as well. The pool was well kept. Watched sunset at the beach with the chairs from the room.

Stayed Feb 24, 2025I cannot express how astonished and disappointed we were upon viewing our invoice and finding an undisclosed 50 fee for air conditioning use. It took us two days to figure out how to use the air conditioning unit and then it was only operated while we were present in the unit, which was not very often. We feel lied to and scammed and would never recommend this property to anyone. We respectfully request a refund of that ridiculous unfounded AC fee!!
