We are up the mountain at a higher elevation, yet only 5 minutes from the beach. We have high powered adjustable ceiling fans and there is a cool breeze throughout the house. Temperatures sit in the 70s during the day and down to 60's at night for a restful sleep. In comparison Kona Town is usually in the high 70's - 90's. brbr*note we have poured our focus into renovating our interior units and are currently working on the exterior driveway area.
