Our villa is on the 3rd (top) floor, with a large lanai (patio) overlooking the pool area. brOur living room has a vaulted ceiling and an overhead fan, with sliding doors going out to the lanai. Our unit has one good sized bedroom, a full kitchen, and a bathroom. There is a full size sofa sleeper in the living room. brIt is a corner unit with lots of natural light, and a nice tropical breeze through the unit.brThe complex is on the Wailoa River, not the ocean. Ocean is about 1/2 mile away :)brThis is a 3 story walk up. The complex was built in 1972 as a Sheraton Hotel, it is now condos.
