This is very quiet but close to downtown Woodstock. We had a great experience and would highly recommend! Clean, comfortable and close to shops restaurants and entertainment!

Very clean and well furnished for a short stay

Really a nice place in a nice neighborhood. Well stocked. Cynthia was easy to reach when needed during the pre-check in. Didn't need a thing after that! Not sure how it could have been better. Thanks for a nice two weeks!

Nice, clean place in a quiet neighborhood very close to all the Woodstock stuff; restaurants, shops, outlet mall. The host was friendly and communicative as well. Parking is right outside the door. We go to Woodstock a couple of times a year and will definitely stay here again.

Everything was great. The hosts were very quick to accommodate our needs. Will definately be booking again.

Downtown woodstock

The owners made it very easy to coordinate our stay, and respond to our questions. The property was blean and inviting. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed our stay.

Fit our needs. Close to family in Woodstock and wedding celebrations. Shy on simple amenities like coffee(s), teas, sugar, etc. Toilet area didn't have a door. I mean our husband and I have been married for decades but we prefer a little privacy for that. Lovely neighborhood. Simple, quiet, clean and a great bed!

This was a lovely, clean property near everything we wanted to do downtown. I would definitely recommend.

Overall cannot beat location here. The photos show a full size refrigerator but it was actually a small frig so I’m glad I didn’t stock up on food before checking cause there’s nowhere to put it. Communication wasn’t great. But it was ok for what we needed.

Nice. There were tons of black bugs all.over windows outside. Owner emailed & said exterminator was coming.

Paid BUT no access given. I messaged back and forth with this lady about my dog. She agreed that she would be happy to rent to my husband and I for one night. We booked through VRBO and was charged the booking plus the pet fee. We received an email that said here are your keys but had No CODE. Unfortunately we tried to message and call them but never received a response so we had to drive all the way back home instead of sending the night in Woodstock. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM or you too will be seeking a refund from VRBO!

The reviews are true. Perfectly clean. Bed was amazing. Nice location. Lots of nice touches. My only complaint was the two towels for a four night stay. Cynthia did let me know they only provide two towels because there is a washing machine on premise. We had to go buy detergent as there was none available to us. To be fair, we did end up finding a third towel. There is a very large step into the bathroom that could be tricky for an older person. We kept the light on in the middle of the night so we didn't forget it was there.

Adorable house which was immaculate. It was a good location for us to be able to attend a nearby wedding reception and explore Woodstock.

The property was convenient and perfect for me. Nicely furnished, well-kept and clean living space, everything I needed to have a little home away from home. The parking is right at the front door, so easy to load and unload my gear. Cynthia was a helpful host, answering all my questions, very responsive.

What a wonderful stay! We arrived to a clean and orderly little house that was completely perfect for the two of us. We have family in Woodstock and will definitely be looking forward to renting “The Little House” in the future. Every bit was clean, the neighborhood was quiet, bed was comfy, and everything we needed was available. Hist was responsive to questions and check in was easy. We look forward to our future stays.
