(This pool is the largest pool on the island, larger than hotels and condo pools!!! You are not sharing a small pool with100+ homes on the other end of the island either!) When you rent this property, you are the only one who has access to this pool - this pool is private to you! This pool is 9' on the deep end, 3' on the shallow end with a 4' deep swim lane on the opposite side of the bar seats. Two 75 TVs at the bar. The pool has optional propane gas pool heater available that can heat this large pool up 1.5 deg F/hr. Guest pay for amount used, $500 Deposit if heat desired. Connecting to the pool is a game room with another 75 TV, beautiful walnut table, tiled room - 4 arcade games on free play including two fast and furious race car games to race against each other. In front of the game room is parking for two additional cars and a EV charge station.brbrSunset Villa joins its sibling homes behind it, Villa Palms and Villa Charm as a vacation rental available Memorial Day 2023. This home has 4 large bedrooms each with their own en-suite full bath and another 1/2 bath off of the kitchen. This home is pet friendly and the Savannah River side beach access is just 300’ away. Pets are allowed at many places on Tybee Island, but are not allowed on the beach at any time all year. The front door has a keypad entry programmed specifically for your use. Since this is a water view home, the kitchen, dining area and open living room are on the third floor. The living area is open and is a large space. The living area includes a large 75” flat screen TV, 2 couches, 1 queen size sleeper sofa. There is an elevator to help with luggage and taking groceries to the top main living floor. Outside this 3rd floor living space area is a deck with dining table, rocking chairs for sitting outside and a spiral staircase to a roof top height deck with custom built adirondack chairs for even nicer views of the mouth of the Savannah River as it opens up to the ocean where you can see ocean liner tankers and shrimp boats pass by. brbrThe kitchen includes an oven, large refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. The Master Bedroom has a King Size bed, private balcony, 55 flat screen TV, large en-suite bathroom with claw foot tub, separate walk in shower, his and her sinks. The third bedroom has a queen size bed, TV, en-suite bathroom with its new walk in shower. brThe forth bedroom is set up as a kids room with two sets of twin over full bunk beds for a total of 4 beds in this room and has its on en-suite bathroom too with a tub shower. Due to its location on a point, large lot, 180-degree tidal creek views, away from the road on a private drive and peaceful setting, guests have said staying at Serenity is like staying on your own island. brbrA short 6-7 minute walk to Tybee's most remote beach. Easy walk to Tybee's famous Huc-a-Poos as well as several other restaurants and coffee/gift shops. Also, one of the closest homes to the Tybee Island Wedding Chapel, just a few minutes walk away. br brNaturalists and Birders love it. If you want to relax, experience a gorgeous view with great breezes, yet still be close to the beach, this is your perfect place. We are on a tidal creek, so you will experience different birds throughout the day. Its also fun to observe the little fiddler crabs. Guests have also spotted river otters. Mosquitos are not an issue due to the tides (water is always moving) and the breezes. brbrThe home is tastefully decorated with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, fans in every bedroom with a Jacuzzi tub in the master bath. For guests seeking a peaceful retreat during the cooler months, we also have a fireplace.brbrAt the end of our private drive, there is a pedestrian light for easy access to shops, restaurants and the beach. To get to our home from Tybee Road on the private drive, you pass several houses and lots, so you don't have to worry about traffic. We also have one of the larger lots on Tybee, so a great and safe area for kids to play with plenty of parking. br brOnce you arrive, you will enjoy sitting on our porch to enjoy fresh, cool breezes and the best creek and marsh views on Tybee. Amazing sunsets. The stars at night light up the sky. The home sits on a point, so extremely private. When our friends see the view, they say wow! brbrIn regard to the home itself, the great room off the kitchen has a 180-degree view of the creeks and marshes, high ceilings with three French doors that open up to breezes from the porch and deck. brbrIn addition to comfortable outside furniture, there is a restored teak table on the deck for outside dining and a Weber gas grill. To further enjoy the breezes, we added a hammock on the deck and a swinging porch swing. We also have indoor and outdoor games, books, beach chairs and a beach cart available for our guests. We also have several Smart TVs to stream popular apps. Finally, there is a ping pong table downstairs.brbrWe have three bedrooms with queen beds and a queen sofa bed in the great room. We have an extra foam top for the sofa bed for added comfort. Several guests also asked for an extra bed in the office area off the master bedroom for children who want to be close to mom and dad. Therefore, we added a high-end Milliard Diplomat moveable foldable twin bed there as well.brbrSince Tybee is a small island, biking is popular. Tim's bike shop is a 3 minute walk away. There is also a kayak place a short 2 minute walk to rent kayaks or take a kayak tour. Due to Tybee rules and the home's secluded location, golf carts cannot be used, yet, Tybee is a small island. We have a lot on the South end for free parking.brbrIf you interested in staying on the south end of the island, our other home is VRBO 460288 Stargazer.
