The master bedroom closet is so large we stuck a full size bed in there if needed for extra guest. The kids room upstairs is adjacent to the master bedroom with full bed with twin over. The second king bedroom and queen bedroom are located on main floor and share a bathroom. Check out video with drone footing to get a birds eye view of the area. brbrThere are several bikes available for guest use along with gas and charcoal grill. The grilling area downstairs has a sectional sofa and chair with a 6 person table along with a full outdoor bath. brbrWe provide a starter kit of soaps, shampoos and paper products along with filters and coffee for a standard coffee pot. There is also a keurig. There is an IGA grocery on Tybee that is a short walk or bicycle ride from the house if you need additional supplies. We are on what some people call Back Beach. You can go to the pier right down at Back Beach within a few minutes and you can also be at The Main Beach within a 2 block walk, it takes about 5 minutes. Our property is right in the middle of all of tybee's action. You will love it! A must do is the back beach dock at sunset. You can walk to the end of the street to get there. All of our beds are memory foam, The 4 th small bedroom downstairs is combined with the laundry room. it has a trundle with roll out under. br brOther things to notebrPlease check your cancelation policy. We recommend travel insurance. We are on an island, and the weather can change, but we adhere to our cancelation policy.brbrWe have 2 parking spaces. This is a no smoking house.
