This unique property offers a relaxing farm stay where free range Norwegian and Muscovy Ducks are raised along with the opportunity to visit their sister farm - Quail Run Farm. Here the owners of both farms continue their commitment to raise animals ethically on pasture supplemented by a non-GMO/organic feed ration that is both corn and soy free. Quail Run Farm is located 14-miles from the Tiny Home, as you travel towards the Chattanooga area, and upon request farm tours can be scheduled. In addition to enjoying the beautiful view of the farm, hogs, chickens and turkeys, don't forget to stop by the Farm Store to purchase meat, vegetables, eggs, honey. etc.

Inside the pet friendly Tiny Home you’ll find a warmly furnished living area, complete with futon sofa and TV. The kitchen area has everything you need to prepare a full meal or simply enjoy a fresh cup of coffee. The kitchen includes a stove, refrigerator, microwave and is also stocked with dishes, glasses, silverware, cooking pots and pans, utensils and basic cooking supplies. Head down to the hall to access the full bathroom, with shower, stocked with ample supplies of towels and body care amenities. The hallway includes a dedicated dining table / office space area with extra storage if needed. Shared laundry facility (with washer and dryer) is located just steps away from the house - please see details below.



The highlight of the Tiny Home is immediately at the end of the hall as you walk into your peaceful retreat of the bedroom. The bedroom has a comfortable queen bed and you will love the quiet porch that looks over the woodland and the backyard fire pit!

HOUSE RULES:

- Primary Renter must be 25 or older

- Pets are allowed and must be leashed when outside

- Smoking / vaping strictly prohibited

- No parties, excessive noise, or events are allowed

- Quiet hours are 9:00 pm until 8:00 am

- Do not exceed the maximum occupancy for the house (3 people) at any time

We provide an on-site laundry facility (shared with our sister property) that is in a separate building located just across the driveway. Specific instructions are provided with check-in details.
