We offer free WiFi, a Smart TV, washer/dryer and plenty of lounge space for a perfect, relaxing getaway!brbrSVR-02084brbrThe Space:brWe offer a very spacious living/dining area with plenty of seating. We have a generously sized kitchen that is fully equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances for those who like to cook. We have a drip coffee maker for your use and we stock coffee and fixings to go with it. The queen bedroom has a dresser and a walk-in closet for those who like to pack a bit on the heavier side! The bathroom has a walk-in glass shower with modern tile. If you need to do laundry while you are here, there is a washer/dryer in the closet for your use :)brbrGuest Access:brYou may use anything in the apartment that suits your fancy :) as we stated above, we have a free washer/dryer for your use in the closet by the bathroom. There is an outdoor storage area behind the front iron gate if you want to leave sandy beach chairs, wet umbrellas, etc.brbrThe Neighborhood:brOur place is on the coveted Jones Street right in the heart of the Historic District in Downtown Savannah. We have a very safe neighborhood where many of the folks live permanently. It is tucked away just enough from the tourist areas so that it is quite at night, but just a quick walk to the action. Truly family-oriented! We are just under a mile away from City Market/River Street/Bay Street.brbrGetting Around:brThere is a FREE shuttle that picks up just one block down Jones at the corner of Whitaker/Jones. This will take you up and down the Historic District and can drop you off at City Market. Otherwise we recommend using Uber/Lyft as parking around town can be pretty chaotic and is usually less than $5 to get anywhere.brbrOther Things to Note:brThere are residents that live above, next door, behind, etc. (many of whom live permanently) so we just ask that you are respectful and courteous to your neighbors.brbrInteraction with Guests:brWe are available to guests via mobile Monday-Friday 9am-9pm and Saturday and Sunday 10am-8pm. We are located on Wilmington Island between Downtown Savannah and Tybee Island Beach. The max occupancy is for 2 people only. It is a beautifully decorated 410 sq ft renovation. Self check in. Private nook inside fenced area on a cute little creek with own parking(one car only), fire pit (one fire log upon request) , & patio with lounge chairs & misting fan & your own pool entrance. The pool is a sand filter, not chlorine. You will likely see sand debris on the bottom but it's mostly from the beach. The deck on the creek has a grill (charcoal for one meal upon request) & a dining table. The unit has a 56 TV (Wifi/Roku)and work desk. There are a couple of games along with a full size Wilmington Island checker board. We have super soft towels and sheets, comfy queen bed with an extra pillow & blanket. The ac/ heat is self controlled, please no lower than 72 & keep doors & windows closed to keep it from freezing up. The washer & dryer can only hold a 4 jeans load size. There is a bluetooth sound system via bathroom light. The kitchenette has a full apt size fridge, convection cook top(cast iron provided for it) microwave, large toaster oven, Keurig & coffee, toaster, with all the appropriate cookware, mixing bowls, etc. supplied. There's also an extra stored rolling countertop & extra storage in the kitchen cabinets. For your pleasure there is an under the sink water purifier filter system installed, no water bottles needed. There are beach chairs, beach umbrella & beach towels, all provided upon request. Please return to avoid fees. Anything that is needed, we live on the property and are usually always here, just ask/text. Absolutely no smoking in apt; there is a designated smoking area on the deck. Sorry, but this property is NOT kid friendly, and it is definitely NOT stroller or wheelchair friendly. Pet limit is 2 under 25lbs $100 per pet for staying longer than one week. $75 under one week. Shedding extra fee. Refundable deposit is $500 due to previous guests taking advantage. These are not adhered to you will be asked to leave the property. brPlease follow parking instructions that will be provided. A luggage yard cart is available inside the gate; please return it where you got it and secure the gate after. Lock code and check-in instructions given on the day of arrival.
