To begin, this cozy family-friendly is a two-level townhouse with 2 bedrooms/2.5 bathrooms (1200 sq ft) in Peachtree Corners, Georgia - great for families and traveling professionals alike!

**Our townhome features a total of 3 HD Smart TVs (Located in Master Bedroom, Bedroom 2, and Living Room) that are logged into Amazon Prime & Max at no extra charge to you! Guests can also log in to their own streaming services.

LIVING ROOM
The living room boasts a 50 inch smart TV above the fireplace with free steaming apps! You’ll be in the presence of arguably the most comfortable genuine leather sectional couch you’ll ever sit on! The bookcase features local magazines, board games, playing cards, books including children’s books, a couple of small toys, and a pair of dumbbells to get in some exercise! Access the smart home speaker, located above the dining table, as your very own personal concierge! We also have a candy jar on the dining table for guests with a sweet tooth!

KITCHEN
All brand new stainless steel kitchen appliances: refrigerator/freezer, over-the-range microwave, stovetop oven, and dishwasher with dishwasher tabs included under the kitchen sink. The kitchen is well equipped with complimentary coffee (regular & decaf), both a *Keurig K-Select* single serve coffee maker and drip coffee maker with condiments, assorted tea, hot chocolate, oatmeal, microwave popcorn, waffle bar, and a Brita water filter pitcher in the fridge for every stay. We also provide oil & vinegar, salt & pepper, cutting knives, cutting boards, pots and pans, muffin pan, bread loaf pan, cups, wine glasses, bowls, plates, silverware and utensils including reusable chopsticks and straws, BBQ utensils, an electric kettle, electric wine bottle opener, toaster, rice cooker, large capacity air fryer, & Crockpot slow cooker.

DINING AREA
Our dining area overlooks the family room and has a 4 bar stool table and ceiling light that lights up in different colors via wall remote.

HIGH CHAIR

We provide a foldable highchair, which includes a 5-point harness, large removable tray with 3 positions, removable, wipeable seat cover and accommodates children aged 6 months and up to 50 lbs.

BEDROOMS
The 2 bedrooms are located on the second floor: Master Bedroom has a Queen sized plush top mattress bed with 32 inch smart TV and Bedroom 2 has a Full sized memory foam bed on top and a Twin sized rollaway memory foam bed underneath with 24 inch smart TV. We offer hotel-quality bedding & satin pillowcases and bedside lamps with integrated USB/outlets for easy phone charging. Iron and ironing board are located in the Master Bedroom’s spacious walk-in closet. Clean up spills easily with the remote controlled robot vacuum, located in Bedroom 2. Luggage stand & hangers are in each bedroom closet.

BONUS: ADJUSTABLE BED
The master bedroom has a wireless remote-controlled adjustable bed with a comfy plush pillow-top Queen-sized mattress that lifts up your head and feet to your body’s comfort level. You also have your choice of plush soft and bamboo firm pillows. Get ready for a good night’s sleep!
BATHROOMS
There are 2 private full bathrooms in each bedroom with tubs and newly installed dual flush toilets. The half bathroom/powder room is located on the first floor. Hair dryer is located under the sinks in both bedroom’s bathrooms. Makeup towels, bar soap and hair shower/conditioner products are also provided. We make it easy & fun for the kiddos to get to the bathroom in the middle of the night with a *Glow in the dark* toilet seat in the smaller/kids bedroom! Illuminates a green glow in dim lighting to increase safety and assist with navigation.

OFFICE SPACE
There’s an office desk in each bedroom - A full sized desk with 19 inch computer monitor (includes HDMI and VGA cable connections) and office chair in Bedroom 2 and portable standing desk in Main Bedroom) for your needs. Access our high speed Wi-Fi internet during your stay.

LAUNDRY
Samsung large capacity washer & dryer have been installed in the hallway closet on the first floor and available for your private use. Go home with a luggage full of clean clothes!

FENCED-IN BACKYARD
Step outside and enjoy the great outdoors with our hammock & firepit table on the back patio. *NOTE: Complimentary Propane tank for firepit MUST be requested at least 24 hours prior to check-in day, in order to be set up in time for your check-in.*

SMART DEVICES
Self check-in with the keyless smart lock on the front door. The touchscreen thermostat (includes central heating & A/C) is in the entry hallway & a smart home speaker is in the living room as your very own personal virtual concierge! The remote controlled robot vacuum is ready to clean up any accidental spills during your stay (located in Bedroom 2 next to the desk). There is also motion sensored lighting on the staircase and under the kitchen cabinets for navigating at night.

PARKING
You’ll have access to 2 free reserved parking spaces in the community parking lot in front.

ODOR-FREE AIR
We are a non-smoking . We do replenish the air in the after every stay by running an ozone generator for 3 hours post-guest check-out, which recycles and cleans the air inside the for odor-free fresh air during your stay. Not many offer this level of clean!

MAIN HOUSE RULES
*We don’t allow parties, smoking, bringing pets, or firearms inside of the building (Minimum $300 fines). No more than your designated number of guests can stay overnight. Quiet hours are between 10pm - 9am Eastern. House rule violations may result in the cancellation of your reservation and immediate removal from the premises.

SAFETY & SECURITY
Note: For your safety and security, late check-ins are not permitted after dark at 8pm ET. For additional safety and security, we have doorbell cameras, motion sensors, and exterior cameras outside both doors. Unplugging security cameras and sensors will automatically result in a house rule violation and eviction. Rest assured, there are no cameras inside the home.

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT TIMES
Check-In Time is between 4-8pm Eastern and Check-Out Time is at 11am ET. Both are strictly enforced. These times may not be accommodating to everyone, so to save both parties from any conflicts, please do NOT book with us if you are unable to respect our check-in and out windows, as your reservation will be subject to late fees and/or cancellation.

FAMILY-ORIENTED NEIGHBORHOOD
Baker Creek is located in a neighborhood of families and pets, & we’d like to ensure that many more awesome guests can continue to enjoy this place for years to come. Please drive slowly at 25 mph or less when entering the neighborhood.
