On the approach to the cabin you are greeted with a cement driveway with plenty of parking and a beautiful front porch with outdoor swing. Once you enter the cabin to the right is a very spacious living room with a set of comfy couches, a large screen TV, and rustic stone fireplace. On the other side of the first floor we have our kitchen and dining room areas. This kitchen is equipped with everything to prepare your family a delicious home cooked meal. It has matching stainless steel appliance and cute center island that can be used as a breakfast bar. The large dining room table that can seat six adults comfortably sits close by in the dining room area. Also on the main floor we have a half bath in the hallway. There is a large covered and screened in porch area with another outdoor dining table to enjoy your meals outside on a cool fall night. The covered deck also has some outdoor patio furniture to sit back and relax in and maybe catch a deer strolling by. As we head upstairs we will find our 2 bedrooms. The king master suite has its own smart flat screen TV and a private screened in deck with a bistro table and chairs. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds and another full bathroom across the hall. The moderate hike to the river will lead you thru the woods and past many additional river viewing spots. There are two fire pits available to make your smores and memories.brThe spacebrThe cabin has 2 bedrooms (2 queen) on the main level and the master (king) upstairs. There is a full basement with a washer/dryer and game rooms. It also has central heat & air. There is a full bathroom on every level and 2 walkout decks overlooking the woods and river. The kitchen has recently (5/2023) been redone with all new cabinets and granite countertops.brGuest accessbrIt is in a gated community with 4 access gates. We recommend coming in the main gate only. It is a huge resort with lots of twisty roads. We are located about 3 miles from that gate with only 5 turns required. Most roads are paved, only the last one is gravel. We have a driveway where you can park next to the house. Additional parking also available within short distance.brThe cabin is in a resort, and we will provide 2 access cards to the amenities. Each pass will allow 4 guest in. We have 2 outdoor pools and a rec center with an indoor pool, workout space, tennis courts and putt putt. brOther things to notebrWe are kid friendly, but not necessarily 100% kid safe. Our kids are grown so we don't have the special furniture (unless you consider our outdoor swing one). It is on the side of a mountain so the terrain can be steep. We have steps to make it easier and safer. It does have 300 ft of river access. On our side, the river is shallow and great for wading.
