The enormous flat level grass yard is perfect for throwing the football or Frisbee around. There is also a full-size grass volleyball / badminton area in the side yard.brbrTwo large screen TV's in the great room - 50 LCD in game room area with Xbox capabilities and a 65 TV for the main living 42 in the kids bunk room; great for the kids! Smart TVs in 3 of the other bedrooms as well for on demand streaming.brbrThree King beds (1 upstairs and 2 downstairs); Kids bunk room upstairs has a Queen over Queen bunk bed that sleeps up to 4; as well as 2 Twin beds.
