There are many great restaurants within a couple of miles of our villa. We offer access to our private boat slip for bringing your own boat or renting a boat. Bring rafts to enjoy a refreshing swim in the lake. Additionally, bike rentals and nearby golf courses are available. The Ritz Carlton, located a few minutes away, offers several dining options and spa facilities.brbrOur Villa has two suites available for rent. Each has a well-appointed living room area with comfortable chairs, a large sofa and a 75” smart TV. The bedroom has a king-size bed with a smart TV. The bathroom has dual vanity sinks with a granite top and a shower. The kitchen has stainless appliances. brbrThe pictures show both suite A and D. Suite A is ground level offering a sunporch and a private outside patio with a grill. Suite A only has washer/dryer. Suite D is on the 2nd floor with a huge private open-air porch. The lower level has a living room (with 2 Queen sleeper sofas), eat in kitchen area, workspace, pool table, laundry room, guest bedroom with Queen bed, full guest bathroom and access to the lower deck with many seating options for you. brOutdoors, the deck and walkway have 4 chaise lounges for enjoying the view and sun. At the dock you can relax on our Adirondack chairs and watch the herons, ospreys, hawks, ducks and turtles. Or trying your luck fishing for the carp, bass and crappie that make the lake home. Feel free to swim in the lake at the dock using the swim ladder. The shed has floatation devices and life jackets, an electric pump and fishing gear and rods. The lake is ~11 feet deep at the end of our dock. Please don't swim near the boat lift to avoid injury. At the front of the house, the porch offers plenty of seating and ceiling fans where you can relax and watch the hummingbirds.
