The neighborhood soon began to grow and more people were drawn to its tranquil, location. Today it contains everything from clapboard 1920’s homes & charming brick bungalows from the 1940’s and 50’s to 60’s ranches, which portray a contemporary-vintage feel. Residents work continuously to restore and beautify the neighborhood and lovely It contains approximately 1100 homes, three churches, two parks, plenty of back yard chickens, and a large arts magnet school.
