There are plenty of chairs and 7 lounge chairs around the pool and the large covered deck. There is a big covered deck that steps down into the pool. There is a charcoal grill. The house has a fenced in backyard, and is very large to play. There is a basketball goal for your entertainment. Deerlick Park sits across the street, with a lake, volleyball court, picnic area, basketball gym, and playground. (You can walk to the park!)
