Look out for streetcar trolley signs on the front of the homes you see here. We currently have a chain link fence and due to lots of trees in the area, it has gotten pretty beat up. We are preparing to put in a new modern fence soon! To completely fence in your pets just close the front driveway gate. Also, be aware that the driveway slopes down pretty steep. Please be careful, especially when it is wet outside. Back yard and unfinished basement can flood occasionally during heavy rains. We have a sump pump installed for this purpose.br ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING brbrNo smoking inside the home! This includes pot. If you smoke, we just ask that you be respectful and do so outside. Please dispose of butts in the provided ashtray for your convenience. Any evidence of smoke inside the home results in a $300 FEE.brbr PETSbrbrWe just love furbabies but we ask that you please pick up after your dog outside in high traffic areas and do not allow pets on furniture.
