* We have a strict NO SMOKING of any kind policy in our house. You will be fined if you violate.
- If you must smoke, please do so outside the house.
- If you smoke in the front yard or anywhere else, THERE IS A POSSIBILITY OF THE NEIGHBORS REPORTING AND MAKING A COMPLAINT TO THE CITY.
* No Shoes inside the property. You can bring slippers just don't use them outside. You will be charged extra if we noticed considerable dirt and shoe marks indoors.
* No Pets Allowed
* No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays without prior approval
* No Extra / Overnight Guests. (Having more guests than stated in your reservation or if the number doesn't match, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation)
* No Mail Delivered here
* No Moving / Rearranging of the furniture.
* No unplugging of the electronics like TVs, cable boxes, lamps, Roku sticks, etc.
* No Pre-Check in Bag Storage.
* No Disrespecting / disturbing neighbors.
* No loud noise or music past 10 PM.
* Please do not flush too much/bulk toilet paper in the toilet bowl to prevent clogging.
* Please throw the used wet wipes, sanitary napkins & tampons in the trash bins. Any clogs from wet wipes, sanitary napkins or tampons will result in a $300 fee.
* Please be aware that any things left after your stay will be thrown away immediately.
* Please be aware that supplies left out in the home are meant to last you 2-3 days. Anything beyond that would have to be purchased.
