The dock is on the lake at Clark Creek in a peaceful no wake area, ideal for swimming & boating.brbrWe make a special effort to keep the house in excellent condition and fully stocked with everything you might need. brbrThe Lake Point Sporting Center baseball park is only 7 miles from this lake house, a 13 min drive.brbrThe dock is located about 1,800 feet from property along an easily followed trail through Army Corps of Engineer's Land, it takes about 5 mins to walk from the house to the dock. brbrKeep your boat at the dock, rent our 24’ Pontoon that seats 10, rent a boat from the local Marina’s, or you can rent our Yamaha WaveRunner Jet Ski. We keep Kayaks & Paddles at the dock for your enjoyment. The house has three levels with the kitchen, dining room and living room on the middle level. The kitchen has granite counter tops with an island cooktop. All appliances are stainless steel. The upper and middle levels have hardwood flooring. The bottom level is covered in tile and carpet. The master bedroom is on the middle level and it has a private shower and Jacuzzi tub. The upper screened in porch is accessible from the master bath and the kitchen. On the bottom level there are two bedrooms, a movie room with theater seating, a bar and another screened in porch.
