This home is suitable for couples or families looking for a quiet vacation . Nearby beaches are perfect for shell collecting and searching for sharks teeth. br Our home is set up with master bedroom and bath on one side and 2 bedrooms and main bath on the other. Full laundry in a separate mudroom and an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand. Kitchen is well equipped, we provide linen and towels for house and beach use. Large sliding glass doors open the living area to the enclosed Lanai and the master bedroom. Yard is fully fenced for privacy (new rear hedge in 2023 isn't mature, rear yard is partial open to neighbor) and the pool is heated. Manasota beach is 10 min south and Caspersen beach 15 min. north. Both offer parking and restroom facilities.
