Waterfront single home rental with private lanai, heated pool, and hot tub!

This property was clean and spacious and comfortable. It was the perfect place and we are so glad that we were able to stay there. Beautiful pool and hot tub. The back yard was so nice to sit and watch the birds and other wildlife. The owner could not have been nicer or more accommodating. We hope to get back there once a year.

A great house in a Quiet part of Florida the house was nice and the pool was fun.

This property was really comfortable. Everything was there that we needed. Great for entertaining. Owner very accomodating. Only downsides:too many breakable tchatchkes, pool was too cold to use.

The pool was great and the host amazing!

This home was perfect for our family! It’s an older home but spotless and charming. The pool was just right and the jacuzzi was warm and waiting for us on arrival. We had a toddler and the door pins helped keep him safe. There are plenty of towels and extra beach chairs in garage. The owners live across the street and maintain the pool a few times during the week so always clean. We will definitely stay here again! Thank you Christian

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was great

Can we tell you?!?! This place was by far our favorite place we have stayed! It felt like home. Everything you need to enjoy your vacation! The pool, the privacy, and the hot tub all made this the place to be to relax and unwind. We were close enough to beaches and grocery stores. EXCELLENT!

To start off this place was amazing probably the best house we have stayed at in the past 5 years of coming down. The owner was very pleasant and helped with anything we needed. The place was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The pool was very pleasant also and the patio area was awesome

Fabulous Stay!! Our hosts were exceptional. House had everything we needed. Can't wait to stay here again!!

The property was nice, it was well stocked with everything we needed. It was a little stinky outside from the waterway out back. The owners use the garage thats attached to the property so they were in and out daily with their jeep. I would have liked to know that prior to reserving this property for our family vacation. The owner was nice however he did pop in almost daily checking on the pool and making sure the jaccuzzi top was on while not in use, said he didnt want leaves blowing into it. Not something we usually have happen when we rent a place for vacation so i know to ask more questions next time. The listing said the pool was heated however we couldn't find a thermostat to increase the temp a little.

Great place enjoyed the hot tub especially like nobody living right behind this house gave you some privacy and if you need anything the owner is right across the street house is clean we enjoyed our stay

Favorite place to stay in Venice!

The property was very comfortable. The owner lives across the street and was very nice and helpful. If you’re interested in going to Siesta Key Beach, it’s a short 25 minute drive from this location. Stores and restaurants are close by. Relaxing stay. Would definitely stay again.
