Comfy, clean, private home IN Venice, Florida; Heated Pool, Minutes to the Beach

This was a charming little house great place to stay while we visited Venice, Florida. It was very clean. The beds were very comfortable and the place was beautifully decorated. I have no complaints at all. I am positive. I will be booking this house again.

This was such an adorable place! My family and I had so much fun and the hosts were great and very informative. The place was clean and close to the beaches too!

This is the second year staying here. The home is always well stocked, extras that a lot of homes don’t include. The host is always kind and responds fast. The location is. Great 10minutss from the beach, less than 5 mins from store and shopping. We will definitely be back!

Excellent home rental. Great communications and instructions. Very clean and supply many extra that was not expected. Coffee, shark teeth hunting equipment with beach chairs and umbrella, just to name a few. Swimming pool was great and heated was really nice. Great location and a very quiet neighborhood. Located with 4 minutes of many restaurants and about 10 minutes to the beach. Beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend and I will return.

Loved our stay. we had everything we needed in the house and it was close to the beaches, shopping, resale shops, restaurants. Plus the little fenced in pet area was perfect for keeping our little fur baby happy . Would definitely stay here again and recommend.!

The house was clean and comfortable. The pool was clean and very pleasant to use. The house is close to anything you could possibly want or need. The hosts are amazing. They are kind and thoughtful. They respond immediately to any questions or problems you might have. We have stayed here twice snd would return time and time again.

The house was as advertised, comfortable and clean, with many amenities that saved us a trip to the grocery store. Check in was early and our code was specific to us! We were not missing anything in the bath, kitchen, laundry or pool. We enjoyed our stay!

The house was clean and spacious. It had all the amenities that we needed. The fenced in pet area was awesome to let the dog out. The host answered all our questions before booking and responded in a timely manner. Directv and wifi worked well. Parking is about 2 cars in driveway and 2 in grass. Parking on street is limited. The pool area didn't have a table to sit at to eat outside. Also, the pool screen blocked most of the sun.

The house was clean, comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. Pool was very comfortable, perfect temp! It has everything you need for a long or short term stay!

We stayed only a quick two nights so didn’t use the pool, but it looks very clean and inviting. The house is well located, immaculate and the hosts provided more than enough info before getting there. The thoughtful little things to make it easier is a very appreciated nice touch. I would definitely recommend to both family and individuals and would go back.

We had an amazing stay. The house and pool were perfect for our weekend in the area. The kitchen was well stocked and everything worked perfectly.

Great setup, location and loved that our pups could join us! The owners are super flexible and accommodating. Amazingly well stocked with everything we needed. Felt like home away from home!

Nice clean and safe neighborhood. The owners have nice shark tooth hunting equipment they let us use that worked great. The pool is nice and private plus has a convenient fenced dog area. Everything worked perfectly as far as the TV, Kitchen and WIFI. Just a couple suggestions. No glass allowed around the pool which should be self explainable. The only problem all coffee mugs are glass. A cheap supply of Styrofoam Cups would be nice or let people know to bring their own. Coffee in the morning by the pool protected from bugs would be nice. The second bedroom could use a TV. Didn't bother us as we never used that bedroom but with kids could have made a difference. All in all a great stay. Close to everything.

What an absolutely incredible place! I just had the most amazing long weekend with my two nieces and their adorable one-year-old daughters, and we couldn't have loved it more! The house was spotless, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, and the pool? Simply fantastic! Our hosts were truly wonderful—so attentive with communication and full of great suggestions. I can't recommend this home enough! It was an unforgettable getaway!

Our family has made several trips to Vinice over the last few years from the east coast of Florida and this stay didn’t disappoint. We found the home to be a nice open layout and got great use of the pool. Very close to grocery and located not far from any beach. It was located in a very quiet neighborhood as well.

Even though we had a short stay the property was perfect for our family! Our children absolutely enjoyed the pool and the location was close to everything we needed! The host was so kind to even offer to set up an extra bed for our children which we didn’t need! We had a fantastic stay over the July 4th holiday! The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable visit. The location was perfect for watching fireworks and soaking in the festive atmosphere. The host was responsive and made check-in a breeze. Property is 10 to 15 mins away from beautiful beaches, but has a great pool right in it. Loved the space and amenities :)

The property is exactly as described. We loved the attention to detail. The decor is just perfect for this beach home. It was so convenient to have our own pool just right outside our lanai. Overall loved this house. It was clean and well stocked. Clean pool. They had even left some things we didn't expect, like there were basic pantry items stocked and even coffee. There are pool towels and an outdoor shower if you go to the nearby beach. Would stay here again. Only thing i would upgrade is the guest room mattress. It is like it has been slept on one spot a lot and makes a dip in it so i rolled down hill toward my husbamd.

This home was everything we needed for our vacation to the beach. The pool was relaxing and the neighborhood was quiet. It was a short drive to the beach, historic downtown Venice, and plenty of restaurants and shops. I would definitely stay here again.

My husband wanted to go shark tooth hunting at Venice beach close to Sharky’s. I found this cute house very close by with a pool in the back yard. It was perfect. Super clean, wonderful amenities. Anything you could need. Plenty of beach towels. Little extras like coffee & paper plates. We couldn’t be more happy. The only problem was that we wanted to book again for next year but it was already booked. I can’t think of one wrong thing.

The house was very clean and the owners were nice when we talked through email. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and it was stocked with towels and beach equipment in case we didn’t bring any. We enjoyed the pool and the lights out there at night. It was a great stay would definitely recommend.

Wife and I stayed for a month in winter 2025. We wouldn't hesitate to rent this house again. Owners' communication is friendly and effective. The house is classic Florida: a two bedroom single level, made of block, with lanai and carport. The heated pool in a cage is a nice place to chill out and float around. Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, knives, etc. House is conveniently located with dozens of restaurants and stores within a mile, but the house itself sits on a quiet street in a residential neighborhood with detached houses of similar style. Took lots of walks around the neighborhood; seems very safe. Most houses are tidy and well kept but a small fraction use their yards as garages. If you like to bike, it's an easy ride to Venetian Waterway Trail. In summary, good owners, fine house, quiet neighborhood.

The house was immaculate. Well stocked with anything we could need. Location was perfect. Notebook with instructions & area attractions very helpful.Did not use the pool, unseasonably cold. Would stay here again.

Michelle was very helpful the whole time we stayed at her space. She was very responsive to communication and made suggestions for us when we asked. We had a great experience!

The house itself was OK. We did see one large roach. The owner claimed we left the property in disarray, because we left two dog poop bags outside. The bags should have taken 10 seconds, not an extra hour fee. The dog also tore up some toilet paper, that was under the bed. She claimed the cleaning people needed extra time to clean. The toilet paper should have been part of the sweeping process included in the cleaning fee we paid. The house may have not been perfect but it WAS NOT in dissaray and extra hours to clean is way over exagerated to get more money. Several houses in the neighborhood are used a junk yards with several abandand cars in the yards. The pool was nice, however, you do not get the sun directly on you. The screen is covered with a tarp for privacy. You get the privacy, but no sun.

Our 3rd time at this property. It will always be our first choice when staying in the area. House is beautiful. Pool is heated and just replaced with new heater that works well. Hosts are helpful, kind, and go the extra mile. Because of all the cleanup from hurricanes going on, we managed to get a flat the day we were scheduled to leave. They let us stay a bit past check out to take care of it. Plan to come back soon.

Enjoyed our stay very much. Only downside the pool was a Littel cold.
