The house is located next to famous Florida beaches like Shamrock Beach, Venice Beach, and Caspersen Beach which are about 3 to 5 minutes away by car or bike. Speaking of bikes, there are two bikes that are available for use and do not require any extra fees. Other activities that you may consider are a huge Shamrock Park that has a kid's playground, bike routes, and a big canal where manatees and dolphins may be seen. This park is considered a Nature Center because of the number of different animals that may be seen there like large tortoises, raccoons, birds, lizards, and many others. The park includes picnic areas, a butterfly garden, tennis and basketball courts, and practically any activities that you can think of.br The stunning house had two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the second bedroom has 2 twin beds. Additionally, the house has 2 full bathrooms.
