There is an outside screened-in eating area, a propane grill, a fenced in back yard for little ones, a large front yard for tossing a ball around, and it's a quiet, sleepy neighborhood! brWe have 3 bikes, beach and pool toys and chairs, towels, and a cooler- everything you need for a perfect Florida stay! brbrAll bedrooms and the living room have TVs equipped with Roku, so you can watch your HULU, Netflix, Disney+, or any other subscription you have. The kitchen is fully stocked. We have a garage to park in and a washer and dryer so you don't have to worry about bringing a ton of clothes. brbrThis house is our favorite place to be and we think you will see that when you visit. Quiet friendly neighborhood just minutes to beaches and downtown Venice where you can shop during the day and listen to great music and dance the night away on the weekends. There is always something happening in the area. brbrWe have included most kitchen amenities (Keurig, regular programmable coffee maker, waffle iron, pots and pans, microwave, toaster, coffee grinder, blender, iron and ironing board). There is a washer and dryer. You will be your own dishwasher for the time being so we supply paper plates and bowls. There are nice ceramic dishes that you can also use. We have included k-pods and sweetener, several spices, some condiments, cooking spray, dish detergent, clothes detergent and dryer sheets, paper towels and toilet paper. Come experience Old Florida in our circa 1957 Mid-Century Modern home! It boasts open living areas with the bedrooms on one wing of the house. A glassed in lanai stretches across the entire back of the house. The floors are original terrazzo. There are many vintage furnishings throughout the house. brbrYou will enjoy the large kitchen with original working cooktop and oven. It is well stocked and very pink!brbrFlamingo House has two bedrooms. The master has a king sized bed, and the second bedroom has a queen. Between the bedrooms you will find a beautiful vintage tiled bathroom that has been recently updated. We also have a laundry room/half bath combo, and we recently installed an outdoor shower!brbrThere is a full sized sleeper in the living room as well as a roll away bed. The sofa on the lanai is quite comfy as well! You will find the laundry and half bath off the kitchen. In the mudroom you will find plenty of chairs and toys for the beach. We even have a sifter for all the sharks teeth you will find at the beach!brbrThere are many public beaches close by. Manasota Beach is about 3 miles south of us. It has bathroom facilities and public parking. Blind Pass Beach, 8 miles south of us, is a state park with free parking, bathhouse facilities, and wide beaches. There are several excellent public beaches on Venice Island, including a dog beach.
