Newly Renovated Venice Relaxing Hideaway Near Casperson Beach.

This was such a fun place to stay. This place gave me a nice comfy feel while also having a great beach vibe goimg on. The owner was extremely kind and helped me with all my needs to make this the best stay for my family and I. So clean and so nice. It was close to everything my family and I wanted to do. Cant wait to stay here again

I will start by saying the house is nice. That is about the only nice thing that I will say. Water at this house is terrible, Any time you turn the water on, you get that musty sulpher smell. The water is also very rusty, like when you towel off after a shower, you can see the rust on the towel. We started going to the laundromat after we had multiple pieces of clothing ruined by the rusty water in the washing machine. I know the owner says they are getting a new water treatment company, and the the entire peninsula is on well water, but the entire peninsula is not trying to rent out their house to guests. We also spent ’s on rust out, iron out, and multiple other products trying to get stuff clean. If you are looking for a place to stay, and don’t need to use water for anything, then this place is for you!! I wouldn’t stay here again, at any price Owner says we ruined a new sink(which definitely was not new!!Nothing new in this house). Which we did not. Avoid this hous like the plague.

Very clean easy check in

This was our second tear at this wonderful vacation home. It is located close to great beaches, classy restaurants and beachy hot spots, and theater and concert venues. The home is very comfortable and equipped with all the conveniences we needed.

House was very clean and beds were comfy. Kitchen was workable but lacked adequate coffee maker and several utensils. Location is excellent for shopping and beach goers.

The house was very clean and comfortable. We had no issues with the house and location was fairly close to beaches and shopping. Would stay there again!

Interior clean upon arrival. Master bed was comfortable. Basic furniture. Uses well water.

Perfect location. Close to everything. House well maintained. Had everything we needed. Kitchen well stocked with all necessary appliances, utensils, kitchenware. Outdoor barbeque immaculate. Outdoor furniture comfortable. Everthing we needed for the beach. We plan on returning.

We were very happy with our stay in Venice. Found the house to be nice and clean with plenty of extra towels and supplies and personal items included. We would definitely stay there again. Kathy

We just returned from a two week stay at the”Kessler Cottage”. The rental was located in a quiet neighborhood convenient to Shamrock Park which allows for direct access to the Venetian Waterway and Legacy trail which lets you bike ride to beaches and downtown Venice. The home itself was very clean and comfortable. The owner was very easy to communicate with. Many small extras were provided such as soap, shampoo and drinking water and made it easy to unpack and get your vacation started.
