Stayed May 23, 2026It was exactly as pictured and check in was simple. It had private beach access a minutes walk away. The beach is gorgeous. We would 100% rent this house again. The grill with propane was an added bonus.

Stayed Mar 29, 2026We loved every second! The private beach access was fabulous and a huge bonus since public beach parking fills up quickly. We rented bikes during our stay. It was easy to ride to the beach as well as into Venice for dinner, ice cream, and a bit of shopping. Everything felt close, convenient, and enjoyable to explore. The house itself had everything we needed. It was exceptionally clean, private, and located in a quiet, pleasant neighborhood. The host was great, responsive and just a message away, but honestly, we didn’t need a thing during our entire stay. Truly, it could not have been better week. We would absolutely stay again and hope to return soon!

Stayed Feb 5, 2023The house was spotless and updated. I like the fact that there was no carpeting. Bedding was comfortable. The outdoor area and neighborhood was nice and quiet. The house is conveniently located as we walked and biked to Golden Beach, Venice Beach and the Historic Downtown and surrounding area. Sandi is very accommodating and personable. Perfect stay!
