Very nice neighborhood that is central to everything. When I called management, they responded promptly. I didn't use the golf cart so I cant comment about that. It had everything I needed to make my stay pleasant.

I loved both rentals . Was trying to get a job . No job or place to stay . But I enjoyed it very much .

We had an enjoyable stay, the home was in a good location, was clean and well stocked. The neighborhood was quiet, the neighbors we met were friendly and helpful. It was our first time staying in the Villages, so it took some time getting the acclimated, but we found more than enough activities to keep us busy, some fun executive golf courses close by that were easy to get tee times for. Overall we would recommend this home.

We loved it so much, that we didn't sign the new lease and stayed at 1961 Cromer Pl for 3 months total!The property management (Down Home Properties) is responsive, friendly, and easy to deal with. 10/10.The house itself is excellent. Quiet neighborhood, very friendly neighbors, spacious, has a well-equipped kitchen. The property was clean and obviously well maintained.I would have stayed for longer! But the time to get a permanent place for us came.It's well located (3 mins to public, 15mins to Walmart neighborhood market, about 10 mins to the Turnpike)Our stay in the villages was very pleasant overall. We even got to see a golf cart Halloween parade on our last day there!

Of course we had to pay for the extra days but the house was cleaned and ready for us. We still have 2 months to go and the experience so far has been excellent. Highly recommend using down home property to everyone who needs a house for vacation.

It wasn't until we got there, that we found out you can't get there from here with a golf cart. Also, had no Wi-Fi. Called office two times. Promised help, but none came.
