If you are looking for a place to be loud and party, this is not the place for you! Please tell me a little bit about your group, so I know who will be staying in my unit. There is strict enforcement of maximum occupancy of 6 guests per unit (including children and babies) and a 7 night minimum rental period (14 nights in March). Please thoroughly read through the agreement forms.brbrA spacious, vacation-ready condominium awaits you. My unit has a recently updated, fully equipped gourmet kitchen with quartz countertops, an induction cooktop, Kuering and full coffee pots, and a large pantry, including many spices and oils. It has an open floor plan and very spacious living areas. I provide everything you need for a wonderful vacation. All linens, including beach towels and a fully stocked kitchen with spices, oils and all essentials needed to feel like home. There is both indoor and outdoor dining areas for family gatherings with a partial gulf view from the lanai. brbrThe bedrooms are large with generous closet space. The back bedroom has 2 queen beds, a walk in closet and an extra large bathroom with dual vanities, a soaker tub, and a walk in shower.
