Premium upgrades include oversized quartz island, open floor plan, high quality finishes in both bathrooms, smart refrigerator with built in Keurig, designated built-in office space with queen-sized Murphy bed, custom closets & washer/dryer in private enclosed mud room! Short walk across the street to the beach, tennis courts and private community marina!

*Small dogs under 20lbs are welcome, $250 pet fee is required prior to check-in. Please let host know if you plan on bringing your pet so that the office may be notified.

*A starter kit of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, laundry detergent, and coffee are provided. Travel sized shampoo/comditioner and soap are also provided. Any additional items that you may need througout your stay can be purchased at one of the local grocery stores.

My family and I stayed for 2 weeks and we were happy with the location and how beautiful the condo was - exactly how it was pictured. Loved that we had parking under a port which kept the car cool and it was very close to the condo. If you’re looking to be in a centralized location, a clean condo with great management, I would highly recommend this condo. Siesta Beach is located around the corner - you can walk or drive. The village is a 5 minute drive or you can take the trolley.
