After your Reservation Request is accepted your dates will be secure, and you will receive a call closer to your arrival date. The person that pays for the reservation is also required to sign and return a Reservation Confirmation form that will be emailed after we speak to that person over the telephone closer to the arrival date. brbrA damage deposit is not charged in advance, and it is not required to purchase Damage Protection Insurance that would cost extra, however, it is required that a valid MasterCard or Visa card be held at the Beaches of South Walton Vacations rental management office to have for any damage should it occur during your stay at the property. This is required even if you choose to purchase Damage Protection Insurance that is offered to you from the Vrbo advertising site. A minimum age of 25 is required to rent and stay at the property. The unit can sleep two adults in the queen Murphy bed. An extra child is o.k. if they still sleep in a crib or pack-n-play or shares the queen Murphy bed with parents. Pets or smoking are not allowed at the property. Trailers of any kind, boats, or RV's are prohibited. Parking is for one vehicle only, and golf carts are not allowed.brbrWe do not advertise that the condo has a washer and dryer because the unit has an unusual European style washer and dryer where laundry is washed and dried in the same barrel, and it only allows very small loads and takes a very long time for the wash and dry cycle to complete - about 4-5 hours.
