Welcome to Leeward I-7, a charming beach-front condominium located on the southern side of the picturesque 30A area. This lovely unit features a luxurious King master bedroom, two hall bunks, and a sleeper sofa, accommodating up to four guests comfortably.

Ideally situated, guests can delight in mornings on the sandy shores and afternoons exploring the diverse array of boutiques and dining options that line the stunning 30A coastal stretch, conveniently accessibleby bike or car. Leeward I-7 is a perfect retreat for a couple or small family seeking a week of seaside relaxation or a romantic escape.

The spacious king master bedroom boasts a flat-screen TV and an en-suite full bathroom, offering utmost comfort and convenience. As you pass by the hallway bunks and enter the main living area, spectacular ocean vistas can be enjoyed from the well-appointed kitchen and living room. Guests can savor a cup of coffee while watching the sunrise or unwind with an evening drink as the sun sets over the horizon.

    Location and walk to the beach was easy and small private beach area so makes for peaceful days without being over crowded. The beds were super comfortable! Kitchen had everything we needed including Keurig which isn't advertised. We will definitely look to stay again!

    Great location, nice view and private beach access. We enjoyed our week at this unit. Third floor with no elevator, so be prepared to go up stairs! Wasn’t an issue for us.Great coffee food shopping and entertainment in either direction, even some in walking distance.

    Nice and clean condo. Amazing view right on the beach. Really liked the gated parking area. Also enjoyed having a small private area of the beach for chairs. We had an issue with the toilet flushing our first night but it was resolved within a few hours. Master bedroom doesn't leave much room for luggage but bed was very comfortable. Be prepared to climb stairs as there are no elevators. Know your streaming passwords for streaming services on the TV. Overall, I would recommend and stay here again.

    The weather was not great but that is a mother nature issue. This rental was awesome. Super clean, great view of the water, comfortable bed, located close to everything. I would definitely stay here again.

    Have been to this building before, both times lots of trouble getting key and getting in the first time. Had to call for help. Can't beat the view or the ease of reaching beach. size is perfect for a couple. Had miscommunication with the rental company about the internet, at first, but then was straightened out and they were very responsible

    Great place for 2 people! Bed so comfortable! It would have been nice if the beach chairs & umbrellas were furnished instead of having to rent them.     The condo is clean, nice and with a great view. It is on the third floor so just be weary of lots of steps. A few minor inconveniences such as the kitchen had only one small skillet and there was no place to hang beach towels. The biggest issue was the whole private beach situation. I was harassed multiple times per day by people asking me where I was staying and what unit I was in. The portion of the beach allocated to the building is small relative to the number of renters and the chair/umbrella rental company takes up the entire beach first thing in the morning whether or not people are sitting in their chairs. Be fair warned that unless you rent from them you have no place to put your chains on the allocated private beach. I rented the condo last minute and on a very busy week. Renters were rude, entitled and immature. While that in itself is no fault of the owners or the property managers it seems that there would be a much better way to manage the situation. As a renter I was as entitled as others to access to the beach without being harassed.
