Upon stepping into this home-away-from-home, you will feel instantly relaxed in the comfortable living area. A couch,loveseat, and an accent chair make up a seating ensemble that faces both a TV and glass doors that open onto a beachfront balcony. The couch easily converts into a queen sleeper sofa for additional bedding if needed. The balcony is the perfect place to sip your favorite tropical drink, read a book, or simply enjoy the ocean breezes and coastal views. Back inside, guests will find everything they need to cook up a delicious meal in the contemporary kitchen.

This rental home features two rooms, including a master suite and guest bedroom. The master suite boasts a king-size bed, en-suite bath, and access to a beachfront balcony. Guests are encouraged to spend time on the deck watching the stunning sunrises and sunsets over the endless stretch of Gulf. The guest room has a pair of full beds and en-suite bath. An additional half bathroom near the living room serves as a convenient powder room.

Besides the great living quarters, a stay at Walton Dunes has other perks. While it feels like you are tucked away in your own private oasis, it is also conveniently located near other coastal experiences on 30A. The townhome is in close proximity to Deer Lake, one of the Emerald Coast’s rare coastal dune lakes. Here, vacationers may rent paddleboards or kayaks to explore the glassy waters. When you have gotten your fill of the lake and the beach, be sure to check out the restaurants, bars, art galleries, boutiques, festivals, concerts, and seasonal events in the charming villages of 30A.
