New Kayaks added in summer 2023- you can easily roll them down to the bay on their wheels, just be sure to wear life vests!brbrbrThe neighborhood is very quaint and on the bay. You will have easy access to the water and to the two surrounding campuses- New College and USF. The Ringling Museum and the Asolo Repertory Theatre are nearby. It is a very walkable area. You can park the car in the driveway and spend your vacation on foot.brOther things to notebrThe home is available for stays of 4 nights or longer. 8 guests maximum- this includes any temporary visitors.brbrWe provide two kayaks (with wheels) for easy bay access— wearing life vests is mandatory (we have some in the garage).
