Both of these bedrooms have access to a side porch.brbrbrbrThere are two living areas separated by a fun barn door. Each of these areas are furnished with a new modern T.V. for everyone’s enjoyment. The dining area is perfect for pizza night. Get together around the table for a few moments of family chat.brbrFor the family cooks, the modern kitchen has a lovely environment that we thought mimics the colors of the Gulf. Our family loves to cook together so we outfitted the kitchen with top-of-the-line cookware and appliances. We didn’t forget the wine cooler with low shelves for drinks for younger family members. Sunny was our much-loved Labrador Retriever. She loved her stays in the “Grove”. Our neighborhood is walking distance to the very secluded beach access named for our neighborhood- Beach Highlands Access. Beach Highlands Access is also a short walking distance to the undeveloped, natural splendor of Topsail Park, to the west, which provides plenty space to spread out! Even closer is the new Dune Allen Access, complete with restrooms, parking and showers.
