Luxury house on 30A . 5 bd 4ba pool, sleeps 18, on the beach & walk to Seaside

We had a great time at this house. It is within walking or golf cart driving distance to the beach and everything you may need. I liked the balconies. We had a wonderful stay!

The best thing about this house is the location to everything ! It’s also adorably decorated and super clean and has everything you need. This house was set-up perfectly for our 3 couples. It was about a mile from Seaside which was ideal. Ashlee the owner is accommodating and responsive answered anything we might need including recommending things to do in the area. We have been coming to 30A for 10 years now and this was our first time outside of seaside. But this house was so much better to be right near Seaside without all the crowds. Loved the outdoor shower This is a quiet street and the beach across from the house has room to enjoy. We would rent this house again every year!! It was our favorite stay. Thank you for helping us make great memories!!!

Close to everything. Beach is across the street. The house was even nicer in person than the photos. We loved the swimming pool, beach and shopping that were so close walking distance so even the 3 yr old 11 and 13 year olds traveling with us walked or biked everywhere. The house was my dream space! Clean and so beautifully decorated. The perfect beach home. Such a beautiful house - it was hard to leave!

Such a cute house with enough space. However there isn’t an indoor space to sit for a meal together. There is an out door space but the outdoor furniture is very weathered. Also having one more shower inside would be helpful, though we didn’t mind sharing (only 2 full baths in the house). The beach is close but crossing 30A is not easy and the road is always very loud even through the night. Sound machines helped for sure! Ashlee is awesome and very prompt with communication! Everything seemed clean and stocked very well! Had a great time overall!

we loved our stay. awesome kitchen for cooking for a big group. such an easy walk to the beach. check out bathroom situation it is different but we didn't mind.

We had a wonderful week. House was lovely. Close walk to the beach and the pool. Communication with owner was excellent. Loved, loved the outdoor shower. There were 10 in our group so each family group had their own floor. Would recommend this house without hesitation.

Perfect spot for a group of 13. Plenty of room. All the cooking supplies you need. Excellent communication with the host. Super close to beach. Everything we needed. Very short walk to seaside. We loved the location as it was a way from the hustle and bustle of seaside but close enough to think you were right there in the middle of it. Quiet location and short walk to the beach. Just perfect.

We stayed at this beautiful home for 3 nights in October. The home is extremely well decorated, and the location can't be beat. It is less than a 3 minute walk to the beach, approximately 1-1/2 miles from Seaside, and less than a 15 minute drive to Rosemary Beach. The outdoor shower was wonderful in the cool October mornings. This house was set-up perfectly for our 6 teens and 3 couples. The proximity to the beach and the location in general, which was about a mile from Seaside, was ideal. Ashlee is exactly who you want as a host and she was more than accommodating and responsive. We have been coming to 30A for 5 years now and this was our first time outside of Rosemary Beach. We would rent this house again every year no question!

Great location, just a short walk to the beach, and drive to Seaside for restaurants and shopping. House is just as advertised with lots of space for big families. There was even a few beach chairs, umbrella and boogie boards for us to use at the beach. Ashlee was a great host in constant communication with us. Will definitely book again!
