Come stay a while at Casa Ventana located in the heart of Blue Mountain Beach off of 30A. Just a quick ride over to the public Blue Mountain Beach access only a half a mile away. You will be mesmerized by the beautiful emerald waters and sugar white sands. br This charming home has a cozy beach vibe as soon as you enter, it’s the perfect setting for families and friends to gather for a fun beach getaway. Enter the heart of the home off the cute covered front porch. The main floor has a nice open layout with living room, kitchen, and dining all open to each other also a private 1/2 bath off the living room. There are two bedrooms with a Jack and Jill bathroom on this level. Then head up the cool spiral staircase to the top floor which is the entire Master Suite with walk in bathroom and clawfoot tub. Decks upstairs and downstairs make it easy to relax in the fresh air, with plenty of comfortable seating in the screened-in porch upstairs off the main living area and also outdoor dining on the lower deck that opens to a very private back yard. Central air conditioning means everyone will stay cool inside. The open kitchen features a prep table that doubles as a fun breakfast bar - the kitchen lies in the heart of everything, so it'll be easy to duck in and out when you need a refill. Two washer/dryer sets make for a perfect setup for large families or groups. All guests can enjoy access to a shared pool all throughout your stay, and the outdoor shower on the side of the home is perfect for rinsing off sand after a long day at the beach.
