Welcome to Sunny's Place



Welcome to “Sunny’s Place” where your vacation destination is a newly remodeled (late 2017), refurnished 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom one story home. Only a 6-minute walk to the white sugar sand beach and all of the fun and beauty that 30A has to offer.

There are two master suites, each with private bathroom. We selected color palettes and fixtures suitable for our own family home. There is a shared “wet room” between the other two bedrooms. The wet room is a large spacious bathroom perfect for younger and older members of your family.



One of the bedrooms has a special queen bed with an overhead twin constructed especially for our home by two local master carpenters. Both of these bedrooms have access to a side porch.



There are two living areas separated by a fun barn door. Each of these areas are furnished with a new modern T.V. for everyone’s enjoyment. The dining area is perfect for pizza night. Get together around the table for a few moments of family chat.

For the family cooks, the modern kitchen has a lovely environment that we thought mimics the colors of the Gulf. Our family loves to cook together so we outfitted the kitchen with top-of-the-line cookware and appliances. We didn’t forget the wine cooler with low shelves for drinks for younger family members. The Keurig coffee maker is a must.



Outside you will find three screened porches, perfect for snoozing and story-telling. The back yard features a gas grill for preparing the day’s catch, even if you caught it at Publix.



A little about us.... Our adult son selected the name “Sunny’s Place”. Sunny was our much-loved Labrador Retriever. She loved her stays in the “Grove”. She sat on the porch as we all grew older, girl friends, majors, college transfers, were all discussed on the front porch with our old girl listening lovingly. Her heart is truly at “Sunny’s Place”.

The Grove by the Sea has two community pools, a tennis court, basketball goal and a playground.
