It also has a washer/dryer so you can throw a load in the washer and sit down on the comfy couch to catch up on your favorite TV.
A door next to the washer/dryer leads to the garage which features a ping-pong table, leather couch, and TV. There are also pool floats and beach chairs which you are free to use, just please rinse them off before putting them away.

Tucked in one corner is a breakfast nook, perfect to read the paper, have a cup of coffee, or plan that day’s adventure.
A long, covered balcony stretches the length of the space and features an outdoor dining table and chairs. Imagine sipping coffee while looking at the ocean and hearing sea birds calling overhead. And what’s a vacation without grilling out Be sure to grab hot dogs, hamburgers, buns, and all the fixings and enjoy a delicious meal with cool ocean breezes keeping you comfortable despite the temperature.
There are two additional bedrooms upstairs that are adjoining. In the back bedroom you have a queen bed and a comfortable, circular chair. In the front bedroom is another queen bed including a full trundle bed underneath and a desk and chair.
I’ve saved the best for last. Your own, private oasis. Let’s head downstairs to the fully-fenced backyard. Wow. A private pool and hot tub await. But not just any pool. This is a salt-water pool. No harsh chlorine smell. No red eyes. Silky smooth water that doesn’t irritate sensitive skin. Best of all, the salinity of the water helps relax muscles and can ease joint pain and
inflammation.
The hot tub is heated year-round and you can control the temperature, jets, and lights. With an auto-off after one hour, no need to worry that you left the hot tub jets running.
Kids don’t want to come in for lunch No worries. There’s a picnic table and benches where kids can bring lunch or snacks. For golfers wanting to practice their short game, there’s a putting green on the other side of the pool.
Seaglass Villa is perfectly situated just a block from the beach. Grab your beach towels, bucket and shovel, sunscreen, beach chairs, and head over to the beach. There’s public path through the dunes that leads right to the beach. If you have lettuce, bring some and feed the brown bunnies who make their homes here. Before you know it, you’re walking in soft, white sand just feet from the Atlantic Ocean.
If some members of your traveling party aren’t beach lovers, you’ve chosen the perfect place. Just twenty minutes away is historic downtown St Augustine featuring cobblestone streets, and St. George Street which is a pedestrian mall featuring unique shops and delicious restaurants. At one end of the St. George St is the marina where you can take a ride on a real pirate ship or play mini golf. Also along the bay-front you’ll find horse and buggies driven by knowledgeable tour guides. Enjoy St. Augustine as they did centuries ago. Red and green trains wind their way around downtown and during the tour, you’ll hear all about the history of the nation’s oldest city. The trains stop at popular places such as St. George St, the Oldest House, the Old Drug Store, and the Fort, just to name a few. At any stop, you can hop off, explore, then hop back on a different train.
If a zoo is more your thing, the St. Augustine Alligator Farm features unusual animals like albino alligators, crocodiles, and it’s a bird conservancy. Each spring wood storks flock to the trees to build nests and rear their young. You can even ride on a zip line and see the animals from a bird’s eye view.
