Warm mineral springs has easy access to swimmers and is surrounded by green law suitable for sunning, lounging and visiting. The spring water has the highest mineral content of any spring in the united states. The springs generate enough water, essentially refilling the spring pool every 2 hours.brbrYou will really enjoy the beautiful beaches in the area. We love the englewood beach or manasota beach on manasota key. You are less than 10 miles to this fun, beautiful shore. There is free parking, picnic area, showers. There is parasailing and other great out door activities. A short drive to venice florida and you can enjoy some of the best shopping in florida. You will enjoy going to sharky's on the pier, in venice fl. It is the only beachfront restaurant and tiki bar with a fishing pier. This is a great place to watch the sunset over the water.brbrThis beautiful private home has all new furnishings. 3 bedrooms, 2 bath, heated caged pool with canal view. Rotonda west is a 99 hole golf course community that is just minutes from the beautiful florida gulf coast beaches. This home has very comfortable sleeping for 6 people. 3 brand new hd tv's and free wifi. This has a vary spacious open floor plan and plenty of room to entertain. Master suite has luxury walk in shower, whirlpool garden tub, and large walk in closet, with slider door to a very private lanai. Brand new high quality beds in all of the rooms. Second bedroom has a brand new queen bed and hdtv. The third bedroom has 2 brand new twin beds.brbrThe kitchen has beautiful granite counter tops. The kitchen is great for cooking and we have made sure to include a new coffee maker, toaster, blender, etc. There is also a brand new gas grill, so you can put some of that fresh catch of the day on the grill. There are three eating areas for this home. There is a large table and seating for six on the lanai. Sit and enjoy dinner while watching the wildlife at the water. You can have your morning coffee in kitchen eating area, or entertain family or friends in the formal dinning room with seating for six. brbrYou will find this home very relaxing and tastefully decorated. We have tried to find the most comfortable furnishings to make sure your vacation is both relaxing and fun. We want you to feel at home, and yet at a retreat away. br

Recently furnished three bedroom home beside a large tranquil lake on a golf course. The pool, spa and deck are south facing with lovely views across the lake.brbrWe have recently fitted a new electric pool heater providing guaranteed warm water in the pool and spa all year round.brbrIt is in the heart of the Rotonda West and its five golf courses, beautiful lakes, canals, parks and cycle trails. brbrThe house is in a quiet location on a cul de sac, yet only 10 minutes drive to the coast and even less to local shops and restaurants.brbrThe master bedroom has a King size bed and a en suite bathroom; a second bathroom services the two guest bedrooms; one of which has a Queen bed the other has two Twin beds. All bedrooms have smart tv's with free Roku channels.brbrThe home has excellent WiFi throughout. A 65 inch Smart TV in the family room has a streaming package that includes sports and movie channels. All TV`s in the villa benefit from Roku streaming channels.brbrA den off the family room has its own TV as an alternative sitting room; but also has the benefit of a sofa bed and double wardrobe for additional guests if required, and allows the villa to accommodate up to 8 people if required. Ideally this would suit children.brbrThe fully fitted kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave and everything else you`d expect for cooking in a home environment.brbrThe master bedroom offers separate access to the pool deck through glass sliders. It has a large walk in closet; the en suite comprises of a bath tub, separate walk in shower and Jack & Jill wash basins. There is a hairdryer in the en suite bathroom for guest use.brbrThe guest bedrooms and den all benefit from double wardrobes. All rooms in the villa have ceiling fans for air circulation.brbrThe ample sized pool deck area is south facing and provides all day sun, plus the benefit of a large covered area. Dining table, sun beds and deck chairs provide options for eating drinking and relaxing on the deck. A BBQ is also available for outside cooking.brbrFully opening door sliders from the family room encourages integrated indoor and outdoor living. However, there is a separate access door to the pool deck from the hallway between the guest bedrooms and kitchen. brbrThe pool has the benefit of having the electric heater available and for a small additional cost will maintain the water at 88 degrees F. The separate spa is heated to the same temperature as the pool and has varied settings that can be operated once in. brbrThe home has off street parking and a double garage with automatic roller doors for guest use. Additionally it houses beach chairs, umbrella and cooler for use on trips out; plus four bicycles for a trip around Rotonda’s parks and trails. brbrIt has a separate dining room plus a breakfast nook, providing the option of inside meals as an alternative to the deck. brbrA separate utility room houses a washing machine and dryer.
