Family Paradise: Spa & Heated Pool w Outdoor TV

Amenities were outstanding. Hosts were very responsive, helpful and kind. Pool and Hot tub amazing. We had everything we needed in the house that would be expected for a rental. House was in a great central location to see so many great sights. Restaurants and stores all within 10 minutes. Neighborhood is super safe with all nice homes. We highly recommend.

The home was located in a great quiet community, close to stores and beaches!!Home was big enough for our family and kid friendly.

My young family of 5 and my in-laws young family of 3 stayed at this property to visit grandparents in Rotunda. The entire process was easy and straight forward. The host was communicative before our trip and during as the outdoor tv needed replacing (we hardly noticed the defect but the host was quick to make changes when those things occurred). They have a nice binder to refer to for any questions/recommendations during our stay (example - things to do, restaurants they like, etc!). The house was spacious and clean. I’d recommend this place to any family looking for an easy, clean stay!

All went perfect with a lot of room for ten of us. The pool and hot tub were great and we enjoyed watchingNCAA basketballs outdoor tv. Great restaurants and beaches on Gasparilla. The pond was an added surprise with my grandson catching fish and a 4 foot gator.

The house was great for my family and I to stay at, especially the pool area. The communication with the owners was excellent.

This is our 2nd visit to this property! We love the convenient location and layout of the home for our family. The pool and spa are an added plus and we love the digit app controller. The owner is very easy to contact and accommodating. They were quick to respond to any question or concerns we had! The home is clean, no clutter, decorated comfortably and stocked with just the right amt of things needed from dishes to towels. I recommend this property for families who do not need an over the top home, it is beautiful and perfect our families need.(1 adult couple in the 40s, 1 adult couple in 70s and a 12 years old) the bedrooms were prefect. 1 master king 1 queen spare rm, 1 spare with bunks(full size) and a office with a pullout couch. We could not go to the beach this visit because it was post hurricane, but last year it was beautiful, thank goodness for the pool/spa! Will stay again!

The house is beautiful and perfect for families or large groups of friends. Pretty close to a lot of beaches and restaurants. The host is super helpful and definitely made our check in and check out super easy. Thank you!

We absolutely loved the location of this property! The pool provided so much time for us to relax on those rainy days and just have fun together as a family. The beach was roughly 15 minutes away, which was perfect for us. The one thing we couldn’t figure out was the AC. We would get home in the evenings and the house would be almost 80 degrees even though we had it set at 66 (the lowest that was allowed). We tried to figure out the AC but couldn’t. However, this wasn’t a big deal for us at all. We would definitely stay here again!
