CLOSEST BUILDING TO THE BEACH, NEWLY RENOVATED!!! The condo has 2 brbedrooms; 1 king size bed on the first floor and 2 queen size beds in the loft. There are 2 full brbathrooms, 1 on each floor. There is a brand new kitchen with all-new appliances (fridge, brmicrowave, electric stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, crockpot, blender, handheld mixer), along with cookware and brtableware, etc. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. There is a lanai with beautiful views, brespecially with morning coffee or tea, and only a 2 minute walk to the beach. Parking for your brcar is on the mainland, and you take a ferry to get to the island; it usually runs every 2 hours. The braccess code to the parking area will be given prior to arrival. Most stores are a 15 minute drive brfrom the parking area. There is a Publix only 3 minutes away. A bunch of restaurants are nearby bron the mainland as well, from 2 to 10 minutes by car. There are NO shops, restaurants, or stores bron the island itself, ONLY on the mainland. There is also a communal heated pool, smoker, and brpersonal barbeque grill. NO smoking and NO pets! A Little Sand Between Your Toes ALWAYS Takes Away Your Woes! We Run on Island Time!brOur condo is three stories high. The ground floor is a garage for the charcoal grill, with beach chairs and umbrella. There is a storage closet for your use in the garage. The second floor (main living area), is comprised of living room, dining room, kitchen and master bedroom with king size bed and bath. Screened in porch overlooking pond with fountain. The living room is equipped with a 52 LED HD TV which has a DVR with Dish Network along with DVD player and DVD s. The kitchen is complete with microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender and of course everything needed for cooking and serving! Just bring your food! Master bedroom with brand new king size bed has a 42 LED HD TV with DVD player. The screened in porch has a round table with four chairs along with a full-size washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. The third floor is a loft which has two queen size beds with a 32 LED TV with a combo DVD/VCR player and its own full bath.brWe purchased on Nov. 26, 2018. We flew down to Florida two weeks later to start with the updates.brFirst, we replaced the laundry room doors and dryer then bought brand new bath & hand towels along with wash cloths for both bathrooms. Next, we had fun replacing the dishes, bake ware, cook ware, along with new dish towels, dish cloths and pot holders. The coffee maker was also replaced. New paint in kitchen.brThen came the master bedroom. We replaced the king size mattress and box springs along with new linens. New bed linens upstairs for the two queen size mattresses too! Living room furniture has been updated. It's beautiful! Removing the old and in with the new was a bit challenging being on an island. We had to rent the ferry two extra times to bring over new furniture and mattresses and then expose of the old. Hew! Talk about a lot of work but definitely worth it! As you pull up to the unit, you'll also find two wicker chairs that I started restoring and painting. New cushions and pillows to match! We also painted the kitchen and touch up paint in the master bedroom. We've put a lot of love and time into updates and look forward to a new look to the screened in porch this upcoming April. So please enjoy our little piece of paradise! We aim to please and hope you'll enjoy our little nest!br
