The bottom level has a covered parking spot with access from a separate residential street, outdoor shower, swing, grill, covered entertaining area with a picnic table for outdoor dining and a outside beach toy closet. We also use a keypad entry for ease with check-in. brThe second level includes a living room with glass doors that access a balcony. The kitchen and dining area also have balcony access with glass doors. This floor also includes a 1/2 bath and laundry area. The top level has the master bedroom with private full bath and glass doors leading out to the upper balcony which is also accessed from the second bedroom and private full bath.
