Modern condo, private balconies, with elevator!

It was so quiet, wonderful private pier, not a dar drive from anything in Pensacola. Beautiful 2 bedroom 2 balconies. We hope to go back soon!

Loved the location and beautifully decorated condo. It had great views and a short easy walk across a street to the gorgeous white sands and turquoise water of Pensacola Beach. We were pleasantly surprised when we discovered lots of beach and pool amenities stored in the closets.The pool was clean and the water temperature perfect. Loved having a dishwasher and washer/dryer for our convenience, too. Heather provided quick and courteous communications. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we would certainly consider booking this condo again. During our entire stay of 4 days, the condo building was undergoing painting and some repair which impacted entering the condo via hallway and stairs, as well as workers' music and conversations being heard while in condo and on balconies. However, we really appreciate the care that seems to go into keeping these condo buildings in aesthetically and structurally very good condition.

Everything we needed to make for a great trip ! So clean and modern. Great location and a beautiful pool that was never super crowded. Has a pier on the bay that is perfect for fishing and watching the crabs and stingrays and fish. So fun.

Property was exactly as shown. Beautiful views and very clean. Evertyhing you need, including a short walk to the beach. Highly recommend!

From the start with booking, Heather was very friendly and went out of her way to be accommodating. Her condo was well kept as well beautiful. It’s a family friendly listing, beach towels, chairs and kids beach toys all super helpful so you can save space not packing!! Smooth process from start to finish, We will be back!

Great place to stay if you enjoy casino beach.liked everything about it. Only recommendation is the kitchen cabinets need remodeling so they’re lower for shorter people.

We were blessed to find this home away from home. We were surrounded by sun and water. The perfect beach Property. The condo was well equipped and very clean and comfortable. It was even better than what we expected.

We had an amazing time, great views, perfect location. We had a bit of trouble during check in due to some missing information but Heather helped fix that. Would definitely stay again.

This condo is so much more than advertised. It’s beautiful! Wonderful views, giant clean pool, safe and extremely friendly neighborhood, walking distance to a beautiful beach. We had a wonderful experience and plan to stay again.

Getting into the unit was easy. It was spacious with everything we needed for our stay. We had a minor issue and needed to reach out to our hosts. Their response was timely and handled quickly without any interruption to our stay. The location was very nice. The beach was a short walk away and the views were wonderful. We would definitely stay there again and recommend this unit.

This condo was the perfect place for our family vacation. It was super clean and comfortable. The views were absolutely amazing! The kitchen was fully stocked and the owner had a ton of beach items in the closets to use (towels, chairs, sand toys, boards, sunscreen). The pool was a plus and we used it to swim after the beach almost everyday. Great location!
