If we are notified by security of guests be disturbing to others, you could be evicted with no refund. brbrNo unregistered guests allowed in the property; violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction with no refunds given. We do not allow extra guests - including children of any age, we count heartbeats - and only allow the number of occupants, that the unit sleeps. This unit sleeps 6 people max per the fire marshal. No exceptions. If the fire marshal is called to the unit because you are over the legal occupancy, you will be responsible for the fine associated with him coming out. brbrMaintenance & cleanliness issues should be reported to us within 2 hours of checking into the unit. We want to ensure that maintenance issues & cleanliness issues are addressed as soon as the guest checks in so Anchors Away can make it right. Failing to do so guests will be responsible for damages reported after the checkout inspection & after the 2-hour window of checking in the guest takes the unit as is. Please make sure to inform us of any issues regarding maintenance & cleanliness when you arrive. brbrRing Camera Notice: For your protection & ours there is a ring camera on the front door that records audio & video. Please do not tamper or cover the ring camera. If the ring camera gets tampered with or covered in anyway guests will be evicted immediately & will not be refunded. brbrFailure to take out trash or excessive cleans caused from guest's additional charges will apply. The management company will have the right to charge the guest between $150.00- $300.00 for failing to abide by this rule. brbrPlease note we only provide a starter pack of amenities to get guests through their first night. We do not provide amenities for the guest's entire stay. brbrCheck in is 4pm central on the day of arrival & checkout is 10am central on the day of departure. We do not allow early check ins. By booking guest agrees to wait to go to the property until the 4pm check in time or when you have been told by the office that the unit is ready. brbrThe damage waiver included in the booking breakdown does not cover missing items. Examples: missing wristbands, missing beach towels, missing kitchen ware, missing linen, or missing parking passes. Guests will be responsible for paying for those charges. brbrThere is a damage waiver included in the booking breakdown that covers accidental damages. The rate in the booking breakdown is for stays less than 28 days. brIf a guest books a 28-90 night stay the rate does increase for those reservations. Guests will be responsible for the difference in the price. brRates 28-59 nights will be $280.00 for the coverage & 60-90 nights will be $450.00 for the coverage.
