Granada Gulf Gem - Private Pool!

The price and location is great, the house did not have a working pool at the time and we received some money back. For a large group the house was perfect for what we needed

Pool is out of commision. Had to ask for several things to even get the game room in working order. No cover for the hot tub. The place is for sale & the owners are not taking care of things.

Most positive was distance from Gulf. Pool was not as advertised and a big disappointment to grandkids. Upon arrival the house smelled strongly of bleach and was impossible to remain inside until it could be ventilated. Communication was good. Tub was not draining and alarms on back door not functioning. They sent a person the next day. The property is much more dated than on line pictures show.

Stayed 4 nights, 13 people only complaint was we could have used more bath towels being there was 13 people and only seven towels, other than that it was great.

The house was nice and clean. A short walk to the beach. All in all a great place to stay for familys!

Overall we had a very good experience at this location. It’s a block away from the beach and everything was as described. My only complaint was the oven we couldn’t use.

This house is in a great location. My family really enjoyed the entertainment room. House was clean.

Stay was excellent.

Everything was great. Pool was nice. Could see the gulf from the living room and second bedroom. Walking distance to the beach maybe 3-5 min. Walking distance to Pier park was a mile away but an easy nice walk. Plenty of space in the house for a large family. Game room great and pool is awesome. There is construction next door but it’s not horrible.

The house was in good location. Enjoyed it but could use some up dating. One of the bedrooms was very hot from evening sun . The game room was fun for the family. Over all we had a good time and would stay there again.

Loved the place. Had everything we needed. From the fenced in backyard with a pool to the view of and short walk to the beach. Loved the game room with the pool table.

The foutons in the game room were not very comfortable. Also would like a dresser or something to put clothes in. There was sheets in the washer when we got there. Loved the pool and the games for the kids. Ocean was just about the right distance away. Over all it was nice. Thank you

Good proximity to beach - nice pool to have after a day on the beach

house not even remotely like pictures posted! broken window, grills. Mold everywhere inside the house and out. We drive up and thought we were in the wrong place! Game room unusable! All game tables broken, pool area sad with broken patio furniture, rotten umbrella, and don't forget your extra fees to heat the pool.Sad, sad, sad. Location close to beach after you navigate the constant construction vehicles. Kitchen a nightmare! refrigerator broken shelving and no door storage space. Pots and pans filthy and should be replaced(i purchased my own to use) cabinets were peeling paint, and dirty. Contacted host with zero help offered. I have never, ever been so disappointed and ripped off. Rented the month of March 2025

Stay was good! Location that accepts dogs. . . Yay. Slow around the area in January but enjoyed our stay.

Your typical rental house. House across the street isn't there anymore, so you can see the ocean from the house! About a 2 min walk over to the beach. We will be back.
