Color-coordinated towels and other decorative accessories provide the finishing touches! There is also great water pressure and plenty of hot water to wash off the gulf of mexico at the end of the day.br The balcony stretches outside the length of the condo with sliding door access from both the great room and master bedroom, and features comfortable patio furniture to enjoy the incredible views. The whole family will enjoy watching the dolphins, pelicans, people ;-) and other wildlife. brbrWith our owner managed unit there is no need to even stop at the front desk. Before you can begin using Splash amenities some one in your party will need to stop by the Splash HOA check in desk to pay the $35 fee per Car and pick up parking passes and armbands for all in your party. The front door lock features a push-button combination lock that we will program with your unique entry code valid for your stay. No need for a physical key or magnetic card that can get lost in the sand!
