SPLASH TWO KINGS 2 Bed 2 Bath 3 Bunks 1400 square feet , Oceanfront

Everything was just as described. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay while watching our 6 year-old experience the beach for the first time!

Great for families

This place has the best of everything. My husband and I vacationed with our daughter and 2 of our granddaughters ages 3&4. This is our second trip to Splash. Ideal set up with two king beds and then bunk beds for the girls. Privacy for everyone and great view in a very roomy condo.

The unit is very roomy and fully equipped. Beds were comfy and the view was amazing! We only had 3 people but the unit had plenty of room to hold many more comfortably. Communication with the property manager was always quick and easy.

The view was amazing and room was super clean. Splash pad was great for the kids. Elevators were slow because only one worked the whole time.

AJ was a great host! I got all the check in information the morning of our stay. It was clear and thorough. We got our wrist bands, parking pass and used the code to get in the condo immediately. The condo was spacious and had plenty of room for me, my husband and our 4 kids. I cook a lot during our vacations so it was nice to have everything I needed to cook meals. The balcony overlooking the ocean was beautiful! The kids had a blast at the pools, lazy river and splash area. I love the walk on access to the beach and complimentary beach chairs and umbrella! We had an amazing trip and will definitely return!

My wife and I always wanted to bring our family to the Splash at PCB.So sad to say this facility has seen better days. I hate leaving bad reviews, but this had to be said. First the condo:-Guest bathroom had 2 light bulbs out.-Master bathroom had one lightbulb out.-Master bathroom shower door does not close. Installed incorrectly.-Dishes were not clean.-Dishwasher door was broken.-Kitchen faucet sprayer does not work.-Toaster was not clean.-Microwave time display is broken.-Back deck had not been cleaned for awhile (this is a maintence issue).-Both toliets have bad flappers so they continually run unless you wait and jiggle handle, (what fun).-Master bathroom toliet seat is broken. -Dryer vent and master bathroom vent are both definitely clogged.- Both sinks in the master bathroom are clogged.- Guest shower has a leak and sprays water up to into the light.Splash condo amenities:-The condo has no longer has an arcade.-The mens pool bathrooms on both sides are GROSS!Pool deck. Drains were clogged all week making the already dangerously painted pool deck worse.-There are only 2 Elevators for each building and 21 floors each. You do the math.-Public Beach access runs right though the middle of the ground level. Plan to be patient.-Don't think about setting up at the beach until the beach chair company is done setting up. They will tell you to move or you will be evicted from your condo. Not true Condo owner cares so call about all issues!

Overall the location is awesome. So many amenities and things to do and explore around the buildings and city! The view is beautiful. We had everything we needed in the condo. The elevators were cumbersome trying to get to the room as we only found two for the building, but love how everything was easy to navigate. I forgot the time change from where we live and the manager was great at communicating! There was a dehumidifier in the hall bathroom that helped with the humidity in the smaller rooms. There were beach things to use and plenty of clean towels for us to use! Definitely a great beach place for family with kids!

Perfect for all ages, spacious and something for everyone

Great beach week! The Unit was great!! No complaints! Only a couple suggestions, bring a few extra bath towels. There were 6 provided and we had 6 “adult sized people” so we had to wash towels daily. The only downside was not enough seating in living room if we all wanted to sit together in the morning or evening. Otherwise Condo and owners were great! I would love to book this unit again.

We loved the location of this unit. It was clean and spacious. We had more room than we actually even needed! This is our 2nd time staying at Splash, and will definitely book this unit again in the future.
