Luxury 28th Floor Penthouse-Gulf front Master-30 Foot Balcony-Free Beach Service

We had a couple of issues and the host was wonderful. She was quick to call me back and had helpful suggestions of how to resolve the problems.

Perfect getaway with a fabulous view! Aundrea is the perfect host! Recommend 10/10It’s not too often you get to sleep on a cloud when you go on vacation, but the king bed was just that!

Excellent view from the 28th floor

No stress everything worked. Elevators were fast and lots of them! Love the multi pools view is beautiful! Location is next to everything! Oh and Starbucks in hotel love!!!

The unit was clean and we were able to check in a little early. The owner was very attentive and even notified us about an issue she was aware of in the unit. The only negative of the rental was the elevator waits which was no fault of the owner. I would definitely encourage anyone to rent from this owner. The view from the balcony in this unit was quite stunning

The condo was nice and comfortable, but the spare bedroom with the bunk beds was very small and cramped and the towel racks in the master bathroom are coming off the walls. During peek times the elevators are a nightmare and you will wait forever to get on them and a family of four only gets two beach chairs. If you want two additional chairs, it’s 70.

The condo was amazing, no issues with the condo at all. The views were amazing and it was equipped just as advertised. The owners were great and very responsive. The elevators at the building were our only issue. Its such a big building that the elevators take forever when trying to go uo or down.

We had an amazing time. Condo was VERY clean and had breathtaking views from the balcony. All the staff and most guests were super friendly. Lots of amenities, the beach chairs were her favorite. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for vacation. 10 out of 10 Highly recommend!!

Loved that the condo was right on the beach. The unit itself was very nice. We enjoyed the complimentary beach chair service provided by the owners. We spent most of our time at the beach and in the Gulf. Can’t wait till next year!

We had a great time at Tidewater and would stay there again. You cant beat the views and convenience!

it was good.could not get in water,double red flags.but still had a good time,don't waste your money on capt. anderson's,salty sues is better than all of time.no wait time on elavator.good time of the year to come

Super comfy bed! Amazing views! The hosts were always so quick to respond. AC works great! Nice to have a washer and dryer. Saw lots of marine life from the balcony, sea turtles, sharks, sting ray, fish. Dusty’s oyster bar within walking distance with fantastic food and servers!

The view was spectacular. We thought we were sitting on top of the beach. We had a small hiccups but Audeana responded and got it fixed for us. I would love to visit again

This was my and my husbands first time visiting Panama City Beach. I have been looking at this area for a long time and my husband said let’s go for my birthday! We absolutely fell in love with the area. We went to a few local bars/restaurants and the locals and visitors were all so friendly. Our kind of town. We loved the area so much we already went to look for a condo ?. The owner Aundrea was a perfect host. She answered every question we had quickly and was so sweet and kind. The condo was picture perfect. Exactly as the pictures showed but even better. The balcony was our favorite spot in the morning with coffee and in the evening with wine. All the marine life you can see from that balcony is absolutely amazing. We would have never dreamed we would see all the dolphins and stingray and turtles and horseshoe crabs from the balcony and this was in rainy dreary weather. Can’t imagine what all you can see when the sun is out! Check in and out was so easy. Everyone who worked at the condo was so nice and happy and helpful. Parking was easy and we got our big truck in no problem. There are plenty of carts to take your stuff to the condo and they will let you use more than 1 if needed. We can’t say enough good things about this place or the owner except just press the book it now button because you will be glad you did. Thank you for opening your home to us Aundrea. We had a wonderful time and will be back to PCB ? Heather & Mike

The room is even more beautiful than the pictures, with the best views we’ve ever had on a vacation. We loved getting to see the wildlife from our balcony we saw sharks, stingrays, dolphins. The whole facility was amazing and clean with helpful and friendly staff. The owners were amazing and answered any questions we had leading up to the trip. We loved the place and would recommend it to anyone. Looking forward to coming back again next year.
